Mr. Henry stated he wanted to help but he would not refund the total. After a long coversation he said he would return $320.00 to our card. We expressed our disappointment that he didn't return the full amount because the entire processive was deceptive and we wanted a full refund. Later the $320 was put back on our card but for is that does not resolve our issue because at not time were we informed we would be billed a cent as the $50 deposit was to be returned to our card. So we are again seeking the rest of the money deceptively taken from us.
