Hotel accommodation booking reference number [protected]/E dream booking
Upon booking a surprise birthday holiday for my wife and myself, The booking on line went well and I had booked a deluxe room only at our hotel choice. Conformation came through via email and it confirmed a different room Classic with breakfast much to my surprise. I hade paid an extra charge for the deluxe room as it was a grade of room higher to that of a Classic. When I contacted the hotel this was confirmed.
Subsequently upon arrival at the hotel I spoke with the reservation team and I had to pay an addidtional cost to have a Deluxe room as I had booked wit E Dreams.
I have copies of emails sent to the advertised email address of E Dreams which were bounced back, plus the 2 separate calls made to the customer service team where I was promised a call back but never received either?
Desired outcome: I would like to receive a refund for the addidtional cost of the Deluxe room I paid for, receipt attached along with emails returned.

Submitted PayPal payment for a ticket and never received a confirmation or declination email but eDREAMS accepted payment. Booked round trip to attend a conference JFK to FCO which is scheduled for 9/21. Paid a lot and need to fly. Have the receipt from PayPal tried to reach a live person but that was impossible without numbers for the flight on a confirmation email

Three booking incidents and faking the customers
I am Ashka kodnani kubavat. I had a awful experience with edreams.
I booked flights for my grandparents from mumbai to london via Paris, Air France was the website.
I checked plenty of connections but in every connection they had written transit visa is required.
However, for this connection it was written that change of plane, that’s it. Nothing else.
It was double the amount from other tickets, which gave me a clue that it’s just change of plane and no visa requirements or self transfer written so I went for the booking.
Later I came to know that we need transit visa for that as well.
I requested them so many times to help me with this. But they agreed to change the booking. I talked to the superivor Raj, but he could not help more and gave me a rate of 712 pounds for change in the tickets. I had already paid 2900 approx for the booking for 3 people.
Later he told me to check them in app and book ahead.
I did check on the app the same dates and that showed me 457 pounds.
There was a discrepancy in their prices by phone and by app.
I booked from the app and I got a confirmation email that it’s being resolved, however after sometime the app stopped showing the update.
Hence I called them again but they mentioned that they have not received my change of flight request.
What a fraud they are. I sent them all the screenshots as a proof.
I requested again for the change from my app, but again they could not confirm the same.
Now they tell me to wait for their technical team call..
Horrible service,
Frauding people with keeping tickets as change of plane.. and the app does not do the work or give them any intimation.
Also, the prices on app and their phone is different as if people are putting the extra money in their pockets.

Extra charges undefined 1 month after the ticket purchase
On 12th of August I purchased a ticket trough Edreams Belgrade-Belgrade-Zurich. Via Swissair
, for the same flight, I also purchased extra baggage for the same flight. Swiss Air charged me for that extra service 65 €. On 11th of September Edreams deducted from my credit card 64,99€ for service I never requested, via Edreams Prime Barcelona Spain. I informed my bank for that transaction and they will block my credit card.
I’m requiring an explanation from Edreams and refund-return the amount they charged.
In a meantime my bank will proceed investigating the deduction.

I'm Praveen Adusumilli. I will try to explain my complaint as clearly as possible. on 1st July while booking a ticket I added one check-in bag and finished the payment. The next day I realised, I needed one more check-in bag. so I spoke to your customer service and booked one more check-in bag. I have paid 55 pounds for extra check-in baggage. After a couple of days, I randomly checked the Edreams app, but I can still see only 1 baggage on my ticket. I got confused and reached back to your customer service and told them I couldn’t seem to find my 2nd check-in bag on my ticket. they said they could see 2 check-in bags from their end and told me not to worry. To cut the story short, I did shopping according to my baggage allowance. from this point, the confusion has escalated. On 29th August I tried to do an online check-in at the Airtransat website. even though I have 2 check-in bags on my ticket, they are not letting me choose 2 checkins. I rang them and told them that I had paid for 2 pieces of baggage. this is where I lost my mind. they checked their records and told me that I have 2 way ticket but they can’t seem to find my 2nd baggage payment or info(please find the proof of the 2-way ticket I got from airtransat in the attachment below). But I booked only a 1-way ticket. Immediately I spoke to your agent on call again. I explained everything clearly. but he refused to believe me. he said everything would be all right and confirmed that I had 2 baggages while flying from Manchester to Toronto and I didn’t have any return ticket. he told me to do an in-person check-in instead of doing it online. he also said, everything would be all right, once I stepped in at the check-in counter. I took confirmation at least 5,6 times. Asked him Are you sure? Are you sure? Are you sure? He was very confident. but guess what? airport check-in staff said I had only 1 baggage. I told them that I was ready to pay for 2nd baggage now. but they refused because the flight’s max weight capacity had reached. every call is recorded for monitoring and training purposes right? (I strongly request you to go through my call recording from +44 [protected] on 29th August 2023. And go through every call you answered on my booking I took confirmation at every single step of the process) while doing check-in I spoke to your customer service again. they were not much help. I have no choice but to leave my baggage worth 700 pounds in the UK. I reached back to your customer service agent a few minutes ago. again explained everything to her. After listening to everything she said that the airline changes its policies sometimes. yes, I agree airlines change polices. but they will notify about the changes to you. and it is your responsibility to let your customer know about those changes. If they really change the policy that relates to my baggage why is your agents can still see 2 baggage on my ticket right before I take the flight? Here are few things I don't understand.
1. My first and very important question is why do AirTansat have 2 way ticket in my name? ( Are you using my details for your business benefits? It’s just a doubt. I will get deep into that.)
2. Why did Air transat said I have only 1 baggage but you still confirmed that I had 2 baggage on my ticket, 24 hours prior to my flight.(I feel like you misled me)
3. Even after 1 month of advanced booking and multiple confirmations from your end I still didn't have smooth travelling. I was really stressed out because of your false information. what should I do about it?
4. Who should I approach if I still feel like I am not convinced or satisfied with your response and justification for troubling me so much?

Ticket refund
I have been dealing with eDreams since May of this year. We had our Lufthansa flight to Italy cancelled due to strikes, and then we cancelled the day before our flight through eDreams, the third party we booked with. Since then, it's been a constant, confusing back-and-forth with them. We were told the airline approved the refund and needed our account information in order to process the refund. Later, we were told by eDreams, "Nevermind, the airline marked you as no-shows." Well, we finally called the airline directly and they told us they see that our flight was cancelled and that we should 100% get a refund issued by eDreams. They also said they had not been contacted by eDreams even ONCE. They basically outted eDreams as being fraudulent and giving us the run around. This is 3K we are talking about, so it's not something my husband and I are willing to let go of. Next, we are getting a lawyer involved to get this settled because we aren't sure what else to do.
Desired outcome: Get the refund we are rightfully owed for our cancelled flight.
Refund
I've ordered flight tickets for my family in july 2023 and the day after i've ordered i received an email that my flight to the destination got cancelled.
i've asked for a refund and they promised it will be sent in 10 days however i received only 1/2 of the refund and for 3 months by now they keep delaying it.
All of their support phone numbers don't work + their online support just using the chat bot that after long time agrees to hand it over to an agent which eventually doesn't help neither.
Desired outcome: Get the full refund i was supposed to get several months ago
EDREAMS charged my credit card twice!!!
I made a ticket purchase on August 27 from Dar-es-salaam Tanzania to Vancouver Canada. I got the confirmation email and later they sent the flight details. on September 1st 2023 they charged my credit card again for the second time. Both times funds were removed from my bank. I contacted them and they denied charging by account. I printed my bank statement and contacted my bank who confirmed that those charges went through. I will be reporting this to the authorities and escalating this issue as this is THEFT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I purchased a flight ticket from eDreams via skyscanner. As they are one of skyscanner partner I thought I can rely them. However they are a fraud company trying to cheat people.
I bought my ticket on 1st August and after 1 month they charged my credit card 70 USD without any service or my consent. I had to cancel my 15 years card and spent all of those time just because of this scam company. I don’t understand why skyscanner still keep them as a partner. Stay away from this fraudulent company eDreams.
Refunds, fraud company dont give refund
I have purchased a round trip ticket, which was free cancellation and fully refundable. I am unable to make the trip now and I asked for refunds, my booking reference is : PGY1FM ([protected]) The agent give me different amount in different call. I have paid £317.83. But they wants to give me only 137.99 which I didn't get yet. I also want to change but they said sorry. Tickets mentioned any time cancellation, change everything but the truth is I am unable to do anything except listening their sorry. Their invoice is horrible, nothing mentioned, dont no what is low cost carrier they deducted from my payment. but when i asked about other money they said i took flexi things but cannot explain what is flexi things also talk about insurance but i didn't take any insurance. When I requested politely they said its not possible because of their terms and condition. But terms and condition is not visible and their is no mention of the service charge or anything. They take their service charge more than the ticket price, I said no one will accept it But they dont give my money back. Their customer agent only said sorry. They cannot talk with seniors. Also submitted a complaint form they automated replied. No help, no information, no refund. They are fraud. Take my money without giving proper information. They dont respect their customer.

When forwarded to their website by kayak, they changed the month of travel and refused to refund or allow me to buy insurance. Very rude customer service. Worst travel agency ever. It seems like they use cruel tactics to take you money. I joined the prime membership and they offered to refund me $18 out of $1,2000 for flights I’m not even getting on. You will be very disappointed in every step of the way if you choose to use this website.

Edreams owe my a refund after they cancelled flights from Singapore to Brisbane in April. They still haven’t paid it. Jetstar said that they issued a refund for $93.95 on May 25th Into their Mastercard. edreams are denying receiving it. Booking number. [protected]. They said the airline Jetstar has refunded me but they haven't. I am still owed $93.95.

Flight Refund - Flight not provided on the day
I booked a flight through Edreams for 1st of July 2023 from Johannesburg to Harare return same day. Morning flight on SAA was fine no issues.
Afternoon flight through Euroairlines was a nightmare as I was stuck at the airport only to find out there was no flight on that day.
I lodged for a refund via Euroairlines to which they instructed me to provide Edreams with a refund waiver code which i did together with my refund. Euroairlines paid Edreams on the 4th of July 2023.
Since then I have been told wait 30days then another 5 days and another 7days and today another 7days cause the refund team are not accessible and the agents are so ill equipped they sell you the same [censored] story over and over.

Feels like edreams and ryanair are working together
I've purchased a ticket for myself and three minors in March 2023 from Boston to Spain, my Aunt was meeting us in Spain for a day trip prior to flying out to Rome. I needed to change our tickets from Thursday to Friday and knew I paid insurance so felt confident I wouldn't have any issues. Low and behold they told me to go right to the airline to purchase the ticket and they would refund me my amount. He didn't make any sense to me then and it still doesn't make any sense to me now. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a representative that told me that I would receive my full refund in 10 days but they needed me to purchase the ticket directly from their airlines website it is currently August 31 and five months later I am still begging edreams for my money. What I think is interesting is Ryanair is so intuned to the fraud they asked me to verify, whether or not I was overcharged by a third-party which I was for over $1000. My question is why does Ryanair even allow their tickets to be sold by an unauthorized party? Louis Vuitton is not allowing a website to stay up knowing they sell fraudulent bags so why is Ryanair not fighting on behalf of consumers for eDreams to be taken down? Upon using Ryanair's see if you paid more, please check booking confirmation from your online Travel Agent which details the cost of your booking. My total price was $2601.91 for what I paidwhen my edreams invoice is for $1246.93. I WANT MY MONEY! More importantly, I want to know the governmental entity that I can speak to to make a formal complaint, so that no other consumer has to go through this. I would also like to add that as an American, when searching for flights edreams pops up as one of the first results before Ryanair. THAT'S a problem!

Refund issue - accommodation
It is with much disappointment that I have to inform you that I really can't digest weird eDreams Customer Support responses regarding my refund status.
As per eDream policy I deserved a full refund for eDreams accommodation confirmation number: [protected].
In the first place, One of the eDreams customer support person(Aitihya) shared an email with me saying that they didn't find my accommodation booking reference number. Also Aitihya stated that it’s not refundable however during my booking confirmation its clearly mentioned that it’s 100% refundable if I cancel before certain date.
Secondly, after 2 weeks, I got a response from the eDreams customer support person(Siddharth) saying that they found accommodations booking reference numbers and escalated to the accounts department.
A few days later, I got one more email eDreams customer support person(Mohammed) saying that I have to reach out to Booking.com for my refund. He provided me Booking.com contact no +[protected] in the email to get my refund. As per Mohammed's suggestions, I called Booking.com and they said we don't have such booking details and any partnering with eDreams.
Then I called [protected] eDream Customer Support, and one lady attended the call from eDreams Hotel Dept. She shared a weird statement saying that they don't have such a booking reference number.
She transferred my call to another department, which said the refund was already initiated on 17th July. However I haven't received a refund so far.
I am sorry for this unfortunate news that it's pathetic & poor customer service from eDreams.

Refuse to issue refund
I purchased airline tickets totaling $731.70 with edreams, and my travel plans changed so I asked for a refund. I received an email stating that i woukd be issued a refund, but they failed to state how much the refund would be for. Edreams refused to send the refund to my credit card. They demanded that I give them my personal checking information, routing number, and IBAN number for the refund. I called the company 3 times and provided this information to a representative. I was assured during my last call to edreams, on August 24, 2023, that I would receive a full refund in 7 to 10 business days. I received an email at 6:19am this morning, stating that they needed my banking account information yet again. I called, and the representative stated, "I can’t see your account information," and asked me to provide my private bank information a fourth time. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, and he told me that was not possible. I was informed that I had to fill out a form and a manager "might" contact me. I asked the representative to look at the notes in my file, and he was at least able to see that I provided my account number, routing number, and IBAN during the telephone call on 8/24/2023. Yet, he asked that I provide my information again. He also stated that my refund should be available and told me to look at my account. I told him that I have not received a refund/deposit from edreams into my bank account. He then said, "Oh, I mean the refund is available to us." Whatever that means. I then asked him what the total of my refund would be, and he said $300 because of fees. I was so angry that I shouted expletives at the representative and hung up. Then I tried to cancel out my account online, to avoid further dealinga with this company. But I could not cancel the account due to an issue with the server. So I called back to cancel my account.
While I spoke to this representative, he said I was already issued a $417 refund last week! Which I did not receive, and conflicts with the other representative's report that my refund would only be for $300! Clearly, this company is scamming people to get their credit card and personal checking information. I want my $731.70 back in full, because now I have to deal with the stress of getting new credit cards issued and changing my bank account numbers.
Desired outcome: Full refund of $731.70, by paper check because I don't trust this company having any of my financial information.
E-Dreams should be renamed to E-Nightmares. DON'T ever use E-Dreams. You will simply never get any refunds from them. Kris, their bot, is absolutely useless and you never get to speak to a human. E-Dreams have no problem getting money out of your bank account, but despite providing IBAN and all other bank information your refund never gets paid into your account. DON'T use E-Dreams!
Recurring charge
I joined and paid a fee to E Dreams for travel services in early 2022.
I used their services once, for a trip Dublin to Bristol return. While the trip went well to include Hotel and UK transport I did find it difficult to work my way through their website (e.g. never receiving a full itinerary with all the items included) and actually finding despite their alleged discounts that it would have been cheaper to book the individual items directly myself.
In the light of the above I resolved not to use them again. I went back to my Prime Account with them on their website to cancel my subscription and found it very difficult to actually do this. Eventually there was an option to keep my benefits and they would remind me a month in advance about my automatic credit card payment. This did not happen and my subscription automatically renewed 21st August 2023 .
I rang their customer service UK number (it took 3 attempts) today 25/08/2023. Their customer service representative told me my payment was nonrefundable.
I went back to their website today to again cancel my subscription. This was not only difficult to find, but also did not allow me to cancel my credit card with them.
Eventually having gone through the process of refusing all future stored benefits (several times), I did get an acknowledgement that my account was dormant.
Ideally I would like a refund for my recent payment - although that was refused by the customer service agent when I spoke to them.
This company not only does not give a service that they claim (good value travel deals) but they hide behind a very difficult to use on line site rather than helping a customer. Ultimately you end up paying 'membership fees' which are difficult to get out of without getting a satisfactory service or product.
