Save On Branson: Unreliable Ticketing Services for Moses Show
I was pretty excited to see Moses, so I went ahead and ordered my tickets from Save On Branson. I made sure to choose the seats that I wanted, and I even ordered in advance to make sure I got them. But when I got to the venue to redeem my voucher, I was given tickets in a completely different spot! I was pretty upset about it, to be honest. I mean, why bother ordering in advance if they're just going to give you whatever seats they feel like?
I don't think I'll be ordering from Save On Branson again in the future. It's just not worth the hassle. I mean, I understand that mistakes happen, but this was a pretty big one. And it's not like they even tried to make it right or anything. They just shrugged it off like it was no big deal.
So yeah, I wouldn't recommend Save On Branson if you're looking for reliable ticketing services. There are plenty of other options out there that are much more trustworthy.
Save On Branson Review: Positive Experience, But Be Prepared to Spend Time
but be prepared to spend some time.
I found Save On Branson online and saw that they were offering a free show for two if I called in advance. I decided to give it a try and called to reserve my tickets. I was able to get the free show tickets, but only if I paid the full price for two shows. I was a bit hesitant at first, but decided to go for it.
I went to one of the Save On Branson branches to finalize the deal and get the vouchers for the shows. It took a long time, almost an hour, to go through all the conditions and get everything sorted out. But in the end, I was able to get my vouchers and tickets for the shows.
Overall, I would say that my experience with Save On Branson was positive. The free show offer was a great deal, and even though I had to pay for another show, it was still worth it. The only downside was the long wait time at the branch, but I would still do it again. Just be prepared to spend some time if you decide to take advantage of their offers.
Disappointing Experience with Save On Branson: Lack of Information on Park Operating Hours
I bought 2 adult tickets to Silver Dollar City from Save On Branson website. My mom and I were so excited to go there on Monday, October 9, 2017. However, when we arrived at the park, we were disappointed to find out that it was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We were so frustrated and felt like we wasted our money. No one bothered to inform us that the park was closed on those days, and we were stuck at home on Tuesday afternoon.
I hope that Save On Branson will be more informative to their tourists to prevent this from happening to other folks. It would be helpful if they could provide more details about the park's operating hours on their website or send an email to their customers before their scheduled visit. This way, tourists like us won't be disappointed and will have a better experience in Branson.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Save On Branson. I hope they can improve their customer service and provide more accurate information to their customers.

Amazing Haygoods Show and Easy Booking Process with Save On Branson
So, we decided to give Save On Branson another chance and we were not disappointed. We booked tickets for the Haygoods show and it was amazing! The music was great and the performers were so talented. We also saved a lot of money by booking through Save On Branson.
The process of booking was easy and straightforward. We just went to their website, selected the show we wanted to see, and purchased the tickets. We didn't have to worry about anything else, they took care of everything.
When we arrived at the theater, we just had to show our tickets and we were seated in no time. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was just great.
Overall, we had a great time with Save On Branson. Although we had a little hiccup with our first booking, they made it right and we were able to enjoy a fantastic show. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to save money on Branson shows.
Concerns about Save on Branson: A Review of Customer Experiences
I ain't been to your presentation yet, 'cause me and my two girls are headin' to Branson from 10/03-10/10/2020. We was thinkin' 'bout hittin' up Save on Branson. But dang, after readin' some of them reviews, I'm a bit worried 'bout havin' a bad time. I mean, I know y'all can't guarantee a good experience, but still. Airen from your company gave me a call and I said I'd get back to her, but I plum forgot.
Save On Branson Review: Don't Buy Silver Dollar Tickets from Them - A Warning
I bought some tickets for a show and some silver dollar tickets from Save On Branson. I gotta tell ya, don't buy the silver dollar tickets from these guys. They're a bunch of thieves. You should buy them straight from Silver Dollar City. If something bad happens like bad weather or something, you're outta luck if you bought them from these guys. Amanda was the one who sold me the tickets and I gotta say, I'm not happy with her. We had some bad weather and if we didn't buy the tickets from a 3rd party, Silver Dollar City would have helped us out. You live and you learn, I guess. Just stay away from these people.
Disappointing Stay at Stone Castle: A Review of Save On Branson's Accommodations
Me and my family recently stayed at Stone Castle through Save On Branson and we were not too happy with our experience. We booked two rooms, but the first one we were given was in the third building. We were surprised to find out that breakfast was served in the second building, so we had to move. Unfortunately, the second building was not much better. The rooms had a strong smell of stinky feet and mildew. We called the front desk and they sprayed some fresher in the room, but it only lasted until the next day.
To make matters worse, the rooms were very noisy. It sounded like there was a gym above us and we could hear it all night long. We were not able to get a good night's sleep at all.
The service at the Save On Branson office was good, but we were very disappointed with the rooms. We expected better accommodations for the price we paid. We hope that they can improve the quality of their rooms in the future.
Disappointing Experience with Save On Branson: Misleading Package and Poor Accommodations
I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with Save On Branson. I called them up and made all the arrangements for my trip, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. But when I showed up to get my package, things took a turn for the worse.
See, I was supposed to stay at the Lodge of the Ozarks, with two queen beds. But instead, they put me up at the Grand View Inn, with only a king bed. And let me tell you, that was not what I signed up for. I paid good money for this package, and what I got in return just doesn't add up.
Honestly, I feel like I got ripped off. I didn't even get the whole package that we had discussed over the phone. If I had paid for everything separately, I probably could have saved some money and had a better time overall.
It's just really disappointing, you know? I was looking forward to this trip, and now I feel like I got the short end of the stick. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, and I don't think I'll be using their services again in the future.
Save On Branson: A Disappointing Experience
I had a really bad experience with Save On Branson. They told us that we would be staying in a really nice hotel, but when we got there, it was not what we had requested. We had to pay extra to upgrade to the room that we had originally asked for, which was really frustrating.
And then, when we went to see the main show that we had come to Branson for, we found out that they had not booked our seats in the section that we had requested. We couldn't see half of the stage and performance, which was really disappointing. We had to wait until intermission to find unused seats in the section that we had originally asked for, and then we had to move.
I really don't trust the salespeople at Save On Branson anymore. I think that they lie about everything just to get you to buy their packages. If you're planning a trip to Branson, make sure that you verify every detail of what they say they will do. Don't make the same mistake that we did.
It took us 7 hours to drive to Branson, and we were really looking forward to our vacation. But because of Save On Branson, our trip was ruined. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Mixed Experience at Save On Branson: Decent Savings, But Hassle to Get Tickets
I went to Save On Branson to buy some tickets for a show and I gotta say, it was a bit of a hassle. They made me go to one of their locations to get the tickets and tried to sell me more tickets. I said no, but they didn't seem too happy about it. After that, their attitudes changed and they quickly printed out a piece of paper that I could have printed at home. It was frustrating to have to drive down the strip just for that.
However, I did save a few bucks by buying tickets here. I'm not sure if it was worth it though. If the savings were more substantial, I would consider doing it again. But for a small amount like $10, it's probably not worth the hassle.
If they just let you print out the voucher instead of making you go to their location, I would definitely buy tickets from them again. But then again, they would lose out on the opportunity to sell additional tickets. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking to save some money, but be prepared for a bit of a hassle.
Save on branson
I bought a vacation package through save on branson in May 2023. We decided to bring our dog so I called to see if any hotels were pet friendly. They said there were three. They recommended one and and told me it was no extra charge. When we arrived at the hotel the hotel charges me a $10 a day fee for dog upfront. Total $34.02. I called save on branson and reminded them they told me this hotel was covered in the package I bought. They said that was the hotel fee not there's. K said I understood what they were saying and reminded them they told me that it was covered in my package when I made the original purchase. I made the original purchase with Kimberly. Then when we when to the timeshare presentation. After being there for a half hour they pulled us out because my husband marked a different annual income that I did. They wouldn't let us correct the form and told us we could not watch the presentation and that she would make it right with save on branson because there was nothing we could do and we couldn't correct the form they had us fill out. She said the NV office kicked our info out and that we couldn't redo it. So I took the papers they gave me back to save on branson and explained this situation to them. They told me we would have to go to another presentation or pay full price. They said our income must be over 50,000 annually for them to get paid from the timeshare prevention company called sapphire and I told them they wouldn't let us watch the prevention or fill out the form again. My husband filled out the form at the timeshare presentation and listed 40,000 because we both recently switch jobs and we were not sure what our annual income will be. The income I listed I based off of our income taxes. I explained them to both agencies. They refused to let us correct the form at the timeshare company "sapphire" presentation and they told us at save they would make it okay with save on branson. They make incomplete on the form I took back to save on branson. Save on branson told us we had to go to another presention or pay full price because we makes less that 50 and I told them that this information was never given to me reguarding the 50,000 minimum requirements and there was nothing we could do because sapphire wouldn't let us redo the form or take the presentation.
Desired outcome: $34.02 refunded for the pet fee that I was told was included and no attempts for further contact from either of save on branson and sapphire timeshare company

I called several weeks ago to order tickets
I called several weeks ago to order tickets. Before I gave my payment, I asked the rep if I could be refunded if anything came up and he said yes. I paid $134. The show is in April. With everything going on, I called them and they refuse to refund my money. Now they are saying they are non-refundable, but the guy I spoke to told me I could get a refund. She told me we could have a voucher, but we don't know if we will ever get to Branson again.

I had made reservations with Save on Branson back in January
I had made reservations with Save on Branson back in January. Our reservations were for Memorial Day weekend. I contacted them in April to cancel our reservations because of the Covide19. I contacted them again on May 11th to see if I could get a refund because we are having trouble making ends meet. The representative with Save on Branson said she could not make that decision that her manager would have to get ahold of me to make that decision. I have not received a reply from anyone since.

Made reservations in February for a trip in June
Made reservations in February for a trip in June. Asked three times for trip protection. Now they tell me that I cannot get my money refunded because I do not have the trip protection. They said I could get an open ended voucher and call them when I want to go. We do not want a voucher. Two of the three shows we wanted to see are cancelled, one is rescheduled for another day and the lodging accommodations are closed. Seems to me that they cancelled on us and we deserve our money back. LtI had three shows scheduled, two are cancelled and one was changed to a differeNt day.

These transactions were by email (I have saved) re: 4 show tickets - Agent sent preliminary reservations March 20, 2pm & stating would be confirmed within 72 hrs. I replied March 20, 8pm telling her to cancel due to several reasons - Agent never replies to VM, text or email - March 21st. 2:13pm she sent email confirmation - never replied to my email canceling her preliminary nor my VM or text. I just talked to Manager who just kept saying company policy is no refunds, even though it was for September 15th - I've never known a company policy that never cancels or allows time to cancel.

I made a reservation in January to take a vacation in June
I made a reservation in January to take a vacation in June. I called on April 24 to ask for a refund because of Covid. I am in the high risk category for the virus and I am financially stressed because of it. When I called, customer service representative, *** told me that it was non-refundable and that she would change my reservation to an open-ended voucher. I told her that I could not use the voucher but she pushed the non-refund policy and said for me not to worry about it because I have a year to use the voucher. I told her I did not want a voucher and that I needed a refund. Since then, I have received no voucher, refund, email, or any correspondence from them regarding my reservation. I called on May 30 to inquire about my refund. I was told again about their no-refund policy. I asked how they could keep my money considering that shows and lodging have been cancelled due to the virus. I was given vague information and told, "Some shows and lodging are cancelled and others are not". I am not sure how they can keep my money when they are cancelling shows and being very vague on providing me information as to what is still scheduled and what is not. They also did not mention any measures they are taking to keep their large groups safe from Covid.
