Firebird tours is an amazing travel company. We travel with Firebird every year and we could not be happier because we can plan trip as we want, we have awesome knowledgeable destination specialists helping us plan everything and it costs 2 or 3 times less than with other luxury travel companies.

The trip was amazing. Firebird coordinated the lodging, transfers, and excursions. We had an epic time. We saw the northern lights every night we were in ***. Firebird handled all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We truly appreciate the great job Firebird did helping us plan our northern lights trip! The trip was perfect!

Overall great experience. I think for future; instead of the ***, *** museum visit should be added. Our first day at *** was quite challenging with travel plus the sight seeing all scheduled on one day. Regardless; extremely courteous, helpful staff who went the extra mile to make the tour smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Firebird tours created the *** of *** for us. We greatly enjoyed our trip and the guides were informative and very friendly with great suggestions for dining and other things to do. We had one minor glitch with our pickup in *** and they promptly refunded our money for our failed pickup. They were easy to work with and accommodated what we wanted to do on our timetable.

Firebird Tours planned and executed an amazing experience for our family. We spent 7 days in Ireland and covered 5 cities. Everything was *** from the hotels and tours booked to the train trips and drivers to the various locations. We felt 100% taken care of in every way and are recommending them to all of our family and friends! The trip of a lifetime, not sure what we would have done without Firebird.

Our trip to Russia & Helsinki last year was absolutely wonderful especially during this unpredictable times. I was amazed & so impressed with all of the accommodations made by firebird tours! Our guides Dasha & Tatyana we completely wonderful so so knowledgeable! There knowledge is what really made our trip such an impeccable one! I cannot talk highly enough about them, there restaurant recommendations we 100% on point as well!

Great vacation to Tuscany and Rome! Drivers were on time each day. Our first wine tour at Dianella 1 was fun and interesting. The tour guides were all very professional and experienced. The best tour by far was in Siena, where we visited 3 days before the Palio. Our guide was a Porcupine and she explained all about the different communities in Siena, the preparation for the race and the pageantry. Trip was expensive, but worth the price. I highly recommend the service.

Oh my goodness. I have only good things to say about our *** (and a few nights in ***) adventures with Firebird. Our agent was timely and patient as we were planning our trip, via email. Everything during our late October/early November 2022 trip went perfectly. The hotels were the best and the tours, tour guides, and our driver's were excellent and treated us to so much fun, and to far more knowledge than we could have ever anticipated. This was the first time we'd used a travel agency for over 15 years and it was so worth it. Not sure if we'll go overseas again but if we travel again, we'd definitely choose Firebird Tours! Thank you all so much!

I went on a small group *** tour organized by Firebird Tours and they exceeded my expectations in every way. Everything was well organized, the hotels were great and situated in very central locations. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and I had an overall fantastic time. The group was the perfect size and many of us got to know each other very well. I felt that the experience was worth every dollar spent. No regrets. A couple of recommendations: 1) The tour company should at least provide each guest, a bottle of water when heading out on tours, and 2) Connecting flights should not be scheduled too closely together just in case of delays.I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

All they wanted was the money. The Covid-19 pandemic prevented my wife and I from traveling to Russia in September . The US State Dept advised against Russia travel, the world was wearing masks, social distancing was advised, curfews, risk of quarantine, etc. But, Firebird and Sim represented that the trip would leave on time, with no in-country restrictions. All they wanted was the money. They continued to bill me for a second payment and refused to refund my deposit in light of the pandemic. All of our other 2020 trips were cancelled, with money refunded. Firebird would not acknowledge that they cancelled the trip, but they kept our money. I am a senior traveler, having visited approx 50 countries, and Firebird is the only travel company that I would advise againt working with.

Our first Firebird Tour was in ***, when the *** pandemic blew up our carefully planned vacation. It was so wonderful, that the next year, when original plans again fell apart, we turned immediately to Firebird to reorganize. And, we reorganized that trip twice, as a cruise cancellation left us with five extra days with nothing planned. Needless to say, our next trip to Europe now includes a private trip to *** and a private tour of ***. (I will also note that when we encountered sudden issues with our tour, like the train service suspended in *** and a tour guide who left us mid-tour, Firebird was quick to reschedule and even refund a portion of a tour.) I especially enjoy the personal service, especially with drivers picking us up and delivering us to airports, train stations, and ports.

We took a ten day tour of Scotland and Ireland through Firebird. Mostly private drivers who doubled as tour guide. Possibly the best trip of our lives. Things were completely seamless and could not possibly have gone any better. The driver/guides were timely, friendly, talkative and informative. Hotels were superb. All but one of the vehicles were were in were new Mercedes. There were a couple of tours that had ten or so people but the majority were just the two of us, picked up at the hotel/airport and dropped off at the hotel/airport. We felt like we had been mistaken for dignitaries or famous folk of some kind we were treated so well. All the locals we met were great also. Our trip co-ordinator was immediately available if we had a question. I had misunderstood something and needed an answer and got one within minutes. They checked in on us several times to make sure all was well. Within one day of returning I booked another tour of Scotland and Scottish Isles. Highly recommend.

My 12 day honeymoon package was perfect with Firebird. From the start with the consultant ***, we made soooo many changes in the package to meet our specific needs to make the trip the way we like, and she was super patient and always there to give the options and alternatives and making changes timely. And during the trip, one day we had trip planned via train and to meet the guide at *** which we couldn't make due to health concern, customer service responded regardless of the office hours, and tried to offer other options and communicate with the guide timely, even last minute. Tour guides were well educated and super knowledgeable, scheduled drivers showed up always earlier and super friendly, and Firebird was flexible to work with my own hotel bookings to work with the tours and transportations to be properly arranged. This is not the cheapest tour package, but they have good team make the trip seamless flawless, and I and my husband were so satisfied with the package after all.

Firebird did a great job of planning an AMAZING experience for our 20th anniversary trip to ***. I had a very ambitious agenda for our "taste of ***" tour, to try to experience as many parts of *** as possible since my wife and I had not been there before. Firebird did an amazing job of planning all of our activities and everything went really smoothly. Firebird set up private tours with amazing and engaging guides, to include:1. Private tour of Pompeii 2. Private drive from *** to *** along the ***, with stops at every breathtaking spot in between!3. High speed train to *** with personal meet and greet upon arrival.4. Private walking tour of ***.5. Small group tour of *** and ***.6. Private drive from *** to ***, with stops at *** wineries (small, private owned, lovely places!).7. Private walking tour of ***, and private tour of *** (***) - AMAZING!8. High speed train to ***.9. Meet and greet in *** train terminal, with PRIVATE WATER TAXI to EXCELLENT hotel right off the Grand Canal, and right in the heart of ***!10. Private walking tour of ***.11. Small group 1/2 day boat trip to Murano and Burano Island.You will notice that most of what we did was "private." If you can afford it, or stretch a little for a special event like an anniversary, Firebird does an amazing job of really making your experience special with these tours. All of our guides were professional, experienced, and trustworthy. You can't go wrong with Firebird in ***! I will try them the next time we visit another location in Europe!
