eDreams Rental car

Good morning on 23.05.2023 I ordered through your website a 7-seater car for the date 21.07.23. The pick-up location is the Vienna airport and I paid you $952.44. I arrived at your Wheego counter at 09:21 in the morning to pick up the car. To my surprise, at the counter they told me that they did not have a 7-seater car and they They gave me a car with 5 seats. I told them that we were a family of 6 people and that they confirmed the car's reservation for me (I have reservation confirmation number [protected] on edreams). The clerk at the counter said he couldn't help me because they didn't have a 7 seater car and that I would look for another rental company and left me without a car. Unfortunately, I went to the Sixt company and rented a 7-seater car that cost me 2200€, which caused me to close my credit limit, which ruined my entire trip due to lack of credit. What circular is my responsibility on the part of your company to cause me such heartache. First of all, I would like to quickly return what I paid you on 23.05.2023 (you did not provide me with a 7-seater car) and return the €2200 I paid to the rental company Sixt, of course I will contact a lawyer in the usual ways and report back On your company on social networks, greetings Ofer Amir

eDreams refund for the improper money transfer from my bank account

Hello!

Today from my bank account 54,99 EUROs were taken by e-dreams prime.

I have no idea that I even have the subscription in the first place.

Year ago I bought tickets via e-dreams.

There must be some notification system before the money will be taken from bank accounts, so there would be possible to cancel it before the transfer.

At the moment it is taken without my knowledge and I have no intention to pay money for something I even do not know I have.

I ask the refund for the money that was taken without any notification from my bank account.

eDreams un-consented deduction from credit card

a pending amount of $99.99 was deducted from my friend credit card which she paid for my flight from Adelaide to Sydney on July 12 2023 14:10 Regional Express Flight ZL822 Booking [protected]

I don´t know about the deduction neither does my friend, she panicked, that upset me greatly because she suspected me secretly used her credit card, my reputation is on the line, my friend is branding me a bad man, who knows what action she´ll takes and I´m not taking chances.

eDreams I couldn't make "check in" in the airport as the flight operated by 2 airways and 3 different transit.

I booked a flight through edreams from Jeddah - muscat - mumbai (oman air) - Delhi - incheon korea (air india)

eDreams booking reference:

Oman air refused to let me check in because the air india refused as they can't send my luggage to Incheon korea directly.

I told them that the terminal will be the same in one airport. but refused me.

I couldn't either cancel the flight through edreams website or their app.

And they refused as well to refund me or take the responsibility of this ticket.

Desired outcome: Just refund me the total amount (1867.15 sar) ~ 498$

eDreams Flight confirmation

I booked a ticket on Sunday 30/07/2023 and pay for it the full amount and went to the airport before 3 hours of my flight and I got shocked that the employee in the airport told me that I am not confirmed on the flight they didn't receive confirmation from your side or whatever the situation is.

I had and emergency in my country and as u see on my ticket it was booked for 3 days because of the emergency and because of your website and your miss communication as the employee on call told me when I called, I couldn't fly to my family member funeral this is very serious as I couldn't say goodbye

Desired outcome: the death of a family member this is priceless as I couldn't get to say my last goodbye! I wish to be compensated in cash before I go on social media as this experience for me was the worst and I wont let it rest until I am fully satisfied

eDreams Booked flights, money taken from bank, no email confirmation

I booked flights to Nice from Manchester with you on 1/7/2023, the payment was taken from my bank by Edreams on 3/7/2023.

The dates of flights are 29/8/2023 to 5/9/2023, for me, my wife and two children

I have no email confirmation and no booking number but £509.59 was taken.

Your help service requires a booking number to get anywhere, which I obviously don't have. I can send you the bank transaction number though.

Please help.

yo tenia un vuelo el dia 12 de julio para regresar me el 15 de julio de newark new jersey para fort lauderdale el dia 15 el vuelo fue cancelado por el parte de spririt airlines despues de muchos tiempos en el aeropuerto ellos dice que yo no puedo viajar usted la empresa donde compre el ticket me vas a devolver el dinero y mes despues yo recibir NADA USTED NO CONTESTA TELEFONO yo no se como voy a recibir el dinero por que pasar muchos tiempo que usted no hace el reembolso.

eDreams Edreams Prime

Edreams is a sneaky company, when you select to purchase flights they automatically sign you up for a free trial of their yearly Prime subscription of € 54.99 PA, you will be charged after the 30 period unless you cancel with the credit card you used to book your flights. I never signed up for anything and I would be paranoid about stuff like this. Once I seen the amount of 54.99 debited on my credit card, I contacted them, this was 4 days later the amount was debited from my card. They said I never cancelled the trial, I said I never signed up for any trial, their only answer was that it’s too late now and it cannot be refunded. This company should be stopped from trading, look on the chats online and you will see a huge amounts of complaints about the same thing.

eDreams Edreams prime membership

I did not order your membership. yet my bank acount was charged. please refund the amount charged to my credit card . 69.00 I have no idea how this happened. I do not want , nor do i need a Edreams prime membership. I just wanted to book a flight. i never went on your web site. I never agreed to look at or use your membership. I do not know what i would get , why i would nee it, please help me resolve this . i am clueless.

eDreams eDream took around 65 euros without my consent from bank account!!

I've realized that "edream" did a prime membership on my name and took 64,99 € from my bank account without my consent and without any information when I checked my credit card details afterward! I have proof saved demonstrating that I only bought a ticket for an agreed price. They offered me a free-of-charge membership to so-called "eDream Prime", which I rejected. However, I got an email that I would be their member (for one month free of charge) even if I refused that option. Moreover, on the same day in addition to the cost of the ordered plane ticket they took 64, 99 euros from the account of my friend (since she wanted to buy a plane ticket for me). To recall I didn't choose or apply for any membership at that time! I can provide you with photos to support my claim if needed. This was a robbery. I tried to comply but their reply was full of false statements. My friend contacted her bank to inform them that the transaction was a fraud. The bank advised my friend to cancel my credit card to prevent stealing money from her account in the future but she does not want to cancel the card because of the problems eDream creates to her. As I mentioned earlier, I already wrote an email to “eDream” but their reply was incorrect, unconvincing, and contained a lot of false informations. Pls. advice me where and how I should apply to take my money back. In addition, I subsequently wanted to modify my flight, but it was not possible to eDream. Pls. advise to make up for our lost money, this kind of malpractice has to be stopped urgently! (ps. copy of my previous claim and their feedback can be provided if need be). eDreams Overcharge and edreams prime charge fee

I was overcharged for a trip from LUN to JNB in May 2023 worse still on 26 June 2023, my account was debited by k1200 saying since l used their website to book proflight they automatically subscribed me to edreams prime with subscription fee unawares.

No way to contact them, tried their app a robot is what was chatting with me.I am very disappointed.They have hidden Ts and Cs that merely booking a flight using them, they open that prime account which has charges attached without the customer been aware

eDreams My flight from Las Vegas to Los Angeles (flying on American Airlines)

I have been trying to contact EDreams for the past week to change my flight. I have talked to 8 different agents over the past week. Every time I speak to them, they say they will change my flight and will get back to me within 48 hours... they fail to call the correct number every single time, I give them a new phone number and they still call the incorrect number.

The first time I tried to make the flight change with my "flexible booking" advantage, the change was free. And, now a week later after all of this troubles, they want me to pay between 100 and 200 dollars... because on their end they failed to communicate.

I would like to request a change in my flight/ day of travel for free of charge, for the troubles I have received for the past week.

I am currently flying with American airlines on July 17th leaving Vegas at 7:10am and arriving at 8:27am

I would like to leave July 16th for the flight at 10:10am with American airlines, arriving at 11:28am

eDreams Regarding refund of flight ticket, post flight cancellation from airline

I booked flight tickets with edreams on 30th March 2023.
Booking reference: [protected]
Flight details: Kolkata to Bangkok
Thai Airways International TG 314
Thai Airways International TG 620
Flight date: 1st April 2023.

On 1st April, Thai declared that the flight is cancelled.
I received mail that I will get the 19,482.78 PHP refunded to my savings account with BDO bank (which was used for payment originally).
On 3rd June, I received email from edreams that Amount has been refunded.
Though, I did not receive the refund amount in my bank account.

I checked with Bank, and they confirmed amount was not received from edreams. In order to file for dispute, BDO Bank needs the proof of payment from edreams.
I have been chasing edreams for the same from over a week, and I am promised every time that I will receive it in 48-72 hours. I haven;t reveived this proof yet.

Customer agent on chat bots keep repeating same thing that amount has been refunded and I need to check with Bank.
Without Proof, Bank cannot do anything.
I feel like stuck as Bank is not able to do anything. And edreams does not seem to be cooperating.

Desired outcome: I need the refund amount in my bank.If refund was already made by edreams then I need 'proof of payment' (or screenshot) from edreams, which has Source Bank, Amount, Trx Reference No.

eDreams Flight tickets

On November 14, 2022, I made a booking on the eDreams.com website for a flight from Copenhagen to Las Palmas for December 31, 2022. Unfortunately, there were problems with payment and an error in the passenger details. I quickly contacted eDreams' customer service and was informed by a male agent that something had gone wrong during the processing and that I had to go back to the website and buy new tickets, and so I did the same day.

The next day, November 15, 2022, despite what the agent had told me about the processing going wrong, I received an email stating that the booking had had been confirmed. I now had purchased and paid for flight tickets twice. I called back customer service and explained the situation once again. The agent promised I would be contacted within 2-3 days and that it would be resolved. Having not received a message by November 22, 2022, I called again and spoke to the same male employee who told me I was entitled to a refund and ensured me once again that the case was already in progress. However, it would take another 8-10 days. I received an email with a process number as well ([protected]). And so I waited and waited, but until this day I never received an email, phone call or refund from eDreams.com.

Desired outcome: I want the refund that I'm entitled to.

eDreams Lost luggage

Hi, my name is Anderson Nkosi,

I booked my flight ticket from Cape Town to Manchester for 26 June 2023 with ethiopian airlines, I then landed in Manchester on Austrian Airlines and I could not find my only bag (suitcase), I logged a case at the airport and I could not get my bag, I also sent an email to ethiopian airlines but I never got a reply, I really don't know where to go now for help Ref:[protected], ticket was booked on 23 June 2023

eDreams Refund delay

I booked a flight through edreams and after 1 week of booking the flight got canceled by the airline , immediately i filed for a refund 16 april 2023 , and despite multiple follow ups the refund has not yet been done to me although i contacted the airlines and they sent me a confirmation email that they transferred the money to edreams from June 2nd (i sent the email to edreams) it has been a month now and still no refund.

I contacted customer service over 10 times now , filed for 4 escalations and received many emails non of which resolves my issue.

eDreams The ultimate fraud company

I booked a KLM airline ticket with EDreams from Rome to Manchester for 19th August. However, I was informed a few days later that the airline was cancelled and was offered two options: a refund or an alternative flight. I chose the former as the latter resulted in schedule conflicts.

However, EDreams is REFUSING TO GIVE ME BACK MY REFUND for absolutely LUDICROUS REASONS. They claimed that they are unable to contact KLM and thus are unable to offer me back my refund. A flight ticket of SGD$718.20 for a single person is not cheap but what is even more infuriating is how these SCAMMERS have literally stolen from me. NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM EDREAMS. They asked me to contact KLM directly for a refund which I did but KLM has confirmed that they can only process the refund through the travel agency AKA e dreams. If I was able to reach KLM with EASE thru their chat options I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW EDREAMS was unable to reach them. It appears that they are just out to POCKET your money. Multiple back and forth contacts with e dreams have been FUTILE with them giving the lame excuse of being unable to process the refund because KLM was not responding.

After reading several reviews, it appears that they are DISHONEST AND VILE creatures. I believe the money that I paid was probably not even handed to KLM, given how quick the flight was cancelled. EDREAMS entices travellers with slightly cheaper tickets for flights that they are UNABLE to fulfill. EDreams has taught me NEVER to purchase from third party travel agencies, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Will be following other reviewers in making a police report and doing all I can to alert the relevant authorities. This company should NOT EXIST. Just a kind note that karma is real and they should probably watch their backs.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a REFUND.

I have been trying to resolve this matter for 8 months now can't get anywhere with this matter.
