During the purchase of the tickets on the edreams website I explicitly stated that I have no interest in any kind of subscription whatsoever. Still the Prime subscription was issued in my name, and two weeks later behind my back I was charged 89.99 Euro.
No invoice was issued, which is illegal according to the EEA zone law and according to the local law in Belgium.
When I have called them I was forced to talk to an agent who was trying upselling me instead of resolving the issue. When there was no more room left for trying to scam me into purchasing anything else I was told that the refund is not possible, but when I didn't accept this response the agent told me she would refund me 45 Euro AND keep the subscription. I didn't accept this either, so she went "to talk to her manager" (I think there was no manager and that it is yet another scam of edreams). Soon she came back (3 minutes?) telling me that "managers told her I'm not eligible for the refund, but that she can offer me a 45 Euro refund, keep the subscription AND give me a 45 Euro coupon".
Let's sum it up. We started off "refund is not possible" then came to "the 45 Euro refund and keep subscription" and eventually got to the (45 Euro refund, 45 Euro coupon and keeping the subscription).
Again I didn't go for the last option either. So the agent went to "talk to the manager" again and of course returned with the same result.
Then I asked for the official refusal in providing the refund - the refusal that I'll be able to use in court. The respond to this was yet another mumbling about it not being possible and some attempts to try and convince me into keeping the subscription. I kept insisting on either a full refund or the official refusal OR talk to the manager. I was being convinced that talking to the manager is not possible and eventually and out of the blue I was provided with this link: https://shorturl.at/I73Tt .

Keeping everyone following this case up to date.
A person who presented herself as a Senior Supervisor Mary has contacted me after 4 months since I have published my complaint, asking for my WhatsApp number so their "Claims Department Supervisor can contact me directly and assist further".
.
I was told that to be able to speak to the senior supervisor (which I never asked to do. What I asked for is a refund) I must share my WhatsApp, although they have my email address and phone number.
They try to keep such cases invisible to the public. I keep insisting on keeping it open, e.g. keeping correspondence here in the comments section. Alternatively, email exists. I want the correspondence stay in writing to be able to refer to it in the future in case something goes wrong with their promises, which we learned are worth nothing.
Something keeps happening to the attached screenshots. So I send again the second screenshot with the last messages as to 13:56 18 Dec 2025.
