eDreams Tentative to get funds from my credit card

There are two usecesful tentatives from E dreams prime barcelona to withdrow 74.99 euro from my card, one was on 22.10.2023 at 07.36..39 and the other onr on 25.10.2023 at 16.09.15. My credit cars number is 5437 2326...8407.

eDreams I don't know

You have recently - 5.09 pm on 24th October - taken Euro 74.99 or $126.54 Australian from my Wisecard. Transaction No was #[protected]. I don't know what this is for, and I don't believe I have requested to purchase anything from you. We did purchase airline tickets from Dublin to London about 5 or 6 weeks ago but they have been fully paid for at the time. Would you please refund this money to my card.

eDreams Refund

Hi,

I am writing to you to request refund for the second flight booking reference - [protected], due to your "System Glitch" I find it hard to understand why you would only refund a portion of the flight, if my payment did not go to the correct company as this is sitting with you.

I should also be sending you an invoice for wasting my time and continue to follow you up, as you were aware of your system glitch issues, it is your responsibility to proactively contact the customer in advance to provide update.

eDreams Confirmation email not received

Hello! Please help me! I have been using your service for years and never had an issue! Now its been 1 month since I bought 2 tickets and have no confirmation email from edreams! I have an email with electronic invoice from wizzair and I have been charged the money for the tickets.

eDreams Edreams charged me 74,99€ for the Prime subscription but I’m sure I did not agree to any kind of subscriptions they offer

I booked a flight to Sweden a month ago, and today I got charged 74,99€ for some kind of subscription I didn’t even agree on.

Now after it has happened I realise that I made a mistake by choosing to buy tickets thru Edreams in the first place, If you check their reputation it definitely speaks for itself, (bloody nightmare) to say the least.

I hope that eventually some one will investigate this disaster of company, because the amount of bad reviews and complaints need to draw some kind of attention.

Desired outcome: I demand refund 74,99€ from Edreams.

eDreams Cannot connect with support on "airline canceled flight" matter

Hi,
My father is 80 years old and he bought a multiple flight from edreams
From Athens to Ankara and the to Tel Aviv.
When arrived to Ankara the flight to Tel Aviv was canceled but without refund details.
When I try to contact edreams the only available way is by guided chat which does not work properly (buttons are unresponsive) and I cannot proceed anywhere.
Could not find any other possible way to find out about my case
any help will be much appreciated

eDreams Membership fee charged without an agreement from my bank account

I've realized that "edream" took 74,99 € from my bank account without my consent and without any information when I checked my credit card details today. I just bought a flight ticket 1 month ago and paid already 107 euros. But I didn't choose or apply for any membership at that time. I didn' t choose any subscription for money. Thank you for your time & help in advance!

Desired outcome: I want to receive back charged money in amount of EUR 74.99.

eDreams Baggage protection edreams ref. #12577382002

When I booked my flight to travel to Mexico through eDreams, I purchased a luggage service that included a commitment to assist in locating my lost luggage within four days or provide compensation of $1000. On September 28th, I arrived in Cancún and discovered that my luggage, consisting of a standard 23kg checked bag and a specialized bag containing music equipment, was missing. I promptly reported this issue at the Cancún airport, where I was provided with a yellow copy of the incident report, unfortunately lacking a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) number. Instead, I was instructed to contact a designated number the following day.

I immediately contacted eDreams for assistance, but their team refused to provide information regarding the contracted service, insisting that I needed to communicate with the airline directly. Attempts to establish contact with the airline on October 29th, using Skype, proved futile, rendering communication impossible. Consequently, I initiated daily email correspondence with Evelop-equipajes@aircomp.aero. My persistence led to over ten attempts to reach Iberojet's reservation line, during which my messages were forwarded to the baggage service department with an urgent request for them to contact me. In addition, I made more than 20 calls to Iberojet in Cancún, without any response. Despite repeated requests for assistance from eDreams customer service, I received no support.

The ramifications of this situation extended beyond the evident psychological distress and stress, resulting in a substantial financial burden. Stranded in a foreign country without any of my possessions, I was compelled to invest in clothing, work-related materials, hygiene products, and other necessities. These expenses continued to accumulate in the absence of information or resolution from the involved companies.

It wasn't until October 9th that I received an email from Iberojet, confirming that my luggage had been dispatched to Cancún on October 6th. They provided me with the PIR number CUNE911351 and initiated contact through WhatsApp to coordinate the delivery of my belongings to my location in Mexico. Nevertheless, two weeks had elapsed without access to my possessions, resulting in significant stress and financial hardship. I am requesting the $1000 compensation promised by your company due to the circumstances.

eDreams Charging my account for a ticket I don't have.

On the 6th of October st 6:36pm (SAST) my account was charged R3302.46 rand for a flight booking that was unsuccessful. The amount charged to my debit card does not match the cost of the ticket. I just want my money back in full. This is fraud. I really just want my money back. I l am a student in a foreign country and now I am stranded. Please help me

eDreams Flexible ticket insurance you can't claim on

eDreams booking reference: [protected] - Airline booking reference: QF7CFG. Date of last contact with eDreams 04/10/23

Took out travel cancellation insurance and flexible ticket insurance as I wasn't sure of my return date.

When I called to change my return flight I was told the insurance conditions stated I could only change both flights or neither. As I had already taken the outgoing flight this was not possible.

I spent 2.5 hours talking to the Indian? call centre to no avail. They would change my flight but at a cost greater than the airlines advertised price for the same date.

It was also not possible to claim any refund.

I believe I was sold products under false pretenses and will try and recover the money for the return flight through my credit card

Desired outcome: Refund, apology, compensation for time spent claiming something I paid for, prosecution of company directors for weasel sales tactics

I laid complaint(s) earlier too. No response. - 3487064

The lest you could do is respond as you are still in the office.

What a shocking company!

I paid a ticket, it was declined, and yet you are holding the funds and I have no reference number because the booking was not proceeded with and even worse I have no ticket because it was not baught.

Yet! You in some way took my money and you are still keeping it so I cannot access it on my bank account! That is theft!

And no I cant give you a referance number because I have no ticket, no email nothihg!

Should I not get an answer within the next hour, ill go place this dispute on all social media platforms and hello peter too.

eDreams Cancelling my account and prime subscription

I have been attempting to cancel my account and prime subscription but cannot locate my account login in and password to do so. I have had unsatisfactory communication with your company in attempting to do so. I have provided my email address and the log in details you have sent me do not match. I want my account cancelled immediately and am annoyed that annual subscription fees have been debited for 2 years which I did not authorise. My email address is [protected]@ymail.com

eDreams Car rental disaster!!!

ABSOLUTELY NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!...If I could give E Dreams Zero rating then I would, or even a minus rating then I would!...I will be suing your company 100% I don’t know how you feel it is okay that I reserved a car for $727.92 then the flight was cancelled of no fault of my own, so I contacted E Dreams right away to let them know. Then the next day I get to the car rental office and they even refuse to even let me on the shuttle bus because there is no record of my reservation or payment on the system. Then the same car they charge me more for a sum of $952.37 for which is just sitting there in the parking lot. So in total I trusted you with a reservation then had to pay for again, more for in fact than my original booking!

So a total of $1680.29 I have paid so far plus the 17 euro taxi that I was FORCED to pay on my arrival from Corfu, Greece airport just to get to the rental car office! just to hire a car in Greece for 10 days! Plus all the time, stress and energy and upset (right at the beginning of an annual 10 day family reunion with my parents after flying over 25 hours from Hawai'i to see them! The first day was literally ruined having to deal with this car rental fiasco!) for something that should have been so simple. I feel E Dreams has literally stolen my money! And still you refuse to even let me speak to someone on the phone. I will be complaining and making an official case with the department of transportation, the Better Business Bureau, Google/Trust pilot etc.

How can you refuse to give me a refund?! Unbelievable!

This has been the worst customer car rental experience ever in my over 25 years of international travel! Don't even think about using them for anything is my advise!

They are liars, cheats and fraudsters! Don't even think about using this company as a third party booking agent, just go directly with the rental company themselves! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Desired outcome: Refund me the original booking cost amount so I have not paid twice for the same car rental!

eDreams Flight cancellation.

I wish to inform you that I have bookings for four family members and friends to take a flight from Siem Reap to Kuala Lumpur due leaving at 08.35 hrs on 24th October by Air Asia MK 543. Passengers’ names are as follows

We have now been informed by Air Asia that the above flight is n ow cancelled .

We have already confirmed appointments for medical tests for the 25th and must imperatively be in KL on the 24th. In this connection, I shall kindly request you to change our bookings to take the flight from Phnom Penh instead of Siem Reap. We will transfer to Phnom Penh from Siem Reap in the morning of 24th on our own. Consequently, a flight after 15hrs will be convenient.

Alternatively, we shall ask you to proceed with the refund of the amount paid on my credit card used for payment.

We look forward that you will assist us in this matter and kindly keep us posted.

eDreams 10kg carry-on luggage and priority boarding x 2

On 26/09/[protected]@ 11.31am, I paid eDreams for a flight to Venice,10kg of carry-on luggage and priority boarding x 2 and 1x20kg check-in luggage. The total cost was £134.49. When eDreams paid Ryanair they paid them £75.79. eDreams did not pay Ryanair for the carry-on luggage and are refusing to acknowledge the fact that they are at fault. I have attached screenshots of the booking, cost breakdown in both the eDreams app and the Ryanair app showing the aforementioned purchased luggage. I have requested an invoice from eDreams but have not received one

Desired outcome: The 10kg carry-on luggage and priority boarding x 2 to be refunded or eDreams to pay Ryanair for it ,as they were supposed to, and it show as being paid for in the Ryanair app.

eDreams Boarding passes

On June 19, 2023, I asked you for help. The problem was that for the flight from Krakow to Stockholm and back (e Dreams ref. [protected]). it was not possible to buckle boarding passes. Given that the departure was only 19.6.23. so there was enough time to solve the problem. Of course I expected your help. Already for the reason that I am a member of the e Dream club. All you did was ask for my email address. Three months passed and no help. In the end, I had to pay a passport fee at the airport in Krakow and Stockholm. (264 zlotys x 2 persons and 605 SEK * 2 persons). Today I received an email from Ryanair claiming that you did not cooperate with her. I assume you won't reply to this email either. In this sense, I suggest that we find a third party to help us with communication, I suggest the newspaper El Pais or any other newspaper that suits you. I don't understand why you don't try to help your clients, why you don't communicate with them and the approach to you is so complicated. Please communicate to the e-mail address b. 19.6.2023 jsem vás žádal o pomoc. Problém byl v tom, že na let z Krakowa do Stockholmu a zpět (e Dreams ref. [protected]). nešlo zabukovat palubní pasy. Vzhledem k tomu, že odlet byl až 19.6.23. byl tedy dostatek času na řešení problému. Samozřejmě jsem očekával vašI pomoc. Již z toho důvodu, že jsem člen klubu e Dream. Jedině co jste udělali, že jste si vyžádali moji e-mailovou adresu. Uběhli třI měsíce a pomoc žádná. Na konec jsem musel zaplatit na letišti v Krakowe a Stockholmu poplatek za vystavení pasu. (264 zlotych x 2 osoby a 605 SEK * 2 osoby). Dnes jsem dostal e-mail z Ryanair, ve kterém se tvrdí, že jste s ní nespolupracovali. Předpokládám, že ani na tento e-mail mi neodpovíte. V tomto smyslu navrhuji, abychom našli třetí stranu, která by nám s komunikaci pomohla, navrhuji noviny El Pais nebo jiné noviny, které vám budou vyhovovat. Nerozumím tomu proč se nesnažíte pomáhat svým klientům, proč s nimi nekomunikujete.

eDreams Refunds for tickets

I was contacted about some flights which I had been looking at on eDreams by a Joseph Smith and asked to pay for them. I payed for the flights and was sent an invoice for it but kept waiting for the tickets to come and they hadn’t come after a week. Then I got a letter saying that the airline couldn’t book the tickets and my money would be refunded in 3-5 days. I have been waiting about 3weeks now and not received the refund yet. I have been able to speak to customer assistant to look into the issue.

Desired outcome: I would like my refund processes and sent back to me.

Hello!

On 03/04/2023 I book the tickets -
eDreams booking reference: [protected] from Paphos (Cyprus) to Sofia (Bulgaria) on 31/05/2023 fliying with Ryanair and also eDreams booking reference: [protected] from Sofia (Bulgaria) to Larnaca (Cyprus) on 06/06/2023 flying with Wizzair.
Month after, on 05/05/2023 my credit card was charged with 54.99eur and I want my money back!
I spoke already with my lawyer
Please, refund!

eDreams Ryanair Flight no FR 2573 cancelled

06.september 2023, time 08.10. Reference ZJRV7D. From Malaga to Santiago de Compostela. The flight was cancelled, so I had to go by train to Sevilla and get flight nr 4228, from Sevilla. This caused a 13 hours delay, and extra costs for me: Taxi to Malaga airport EUR 26,42

Taxi from Malaga airport EUR 18,19

Train Malaga - Sevilla EUR 14,95

Taxi to Sevilla airport EUR 26,50

Taxi Santiago- Sarria EUR 140,-

Sum EUR 226,06

Desired outcome: Please refund EUR 226,06. Extra costs of train and taxis because of 13 hours delay
