On the 6th of October st 6:36pm (SAST) my account was charged R3302.46 rand for a flight booking that was unsuccessful. The amount charged to my debit card does not match the cost of the ticket. I just want my money back in full. This is fraud. I really just want my money back. I l am a student in a foreign country and now I am stranded. Please help me

Flexible ticket insurance you can't claim on

Took out travel cancellation insurance and flexible ticket insurance as I wasn't sure of my return date.
When I called to change my return flight I was told the insurance conditions stated I could only change both flights or neither. As I had already taken the outgoing flight this was not possible.
I spent 2.5 hours talking to the Indian? call centre to no avail. They would change my flight but at a cost greater than the airlines advertised price for the same date.
It was also not possible to claim any refund.
I believe I was sold products under false pretenses and will try and recover the money for the return flight through my credit card
Desired outcome: Refund, apology, compensation for time spent claiming something I paid for, prosecution of company directors for weasel sales tactics

What a shocking company!
I paid a ticket, it was declined, and yet you are holding the funds and I have no reference number because the booking was not proceeded with and even worse I have no ticket because it was not baught.
Yet! You in some way took my money and you are still keeping it so I cannot access it on my bank account! That is theft!
And no I cant give you a referance number because I have no ticket, no email nothihg!
Should I not get an answer within the next hour, ill go place this dispute on all social media platforms and hello peter too.

I have been attempting to cancel my account and prime subscription but cannot locate my account login in and password to do so. On 26/09/[protected]@ 11.31am, I paid eDreams for a flight to Venice,10kg of carry-on luggage and priority boarding x 2 and 1x20kg check-in luggage. The total cost was £134.49. When eDreams paid Ryanair they paid them £75.79. eDreams did not pay Ryanair for the carry-on luggage and are refusing to acknowledge the fact that they are at fault. I have attached screenshots of the booking, cost breakdown in both the eDreams app and the Ryanair app showing the aforementioned purchased luggage. I was contacted about some flights which I had been looking at on eDreams by a Joseph Smith and asked to pay for them. I payed for the flights and was sent an invoice for it but kept waiting for the tickets to come and they hadn’t come after a week. Then I got a letter saying that the airline couldn’t book the tickets and my money would be refunded in 3-5 days. I have been waiting about 3weeks now and not received the refund yet. I have been able to speak to customer assistant to look into the issue.

Edreams 30 day free subscription
On or about 18 of august 2023 I booked a flights with edreams I duly paid £60 28 for fares I was offered 30 days free membership to edreams prime I dont recall accepting this offer. However edreams subsequently deducted £ 69.99 from my bank account on on 18th sept 2023 despite being within 30 day free period. I now wish that any subscription I have with edreams be canceled immediately as I am still within the 30 day free trial period. I would also incist that the £60.99 be refunded immediately.
Hotel accommodation booking reference number [protected]/E dream booking
Upon booking a surprise birthday holiday for my wife and myself, The booking on line went well and I had booked a deluxe room only at our hotel choice. Conformation came through via email and it confirmed a different room Classic with breakfast much to my surprise. I hade paid an extra charge for the deluxe room as it was a grade of room higher to that of a Classic. When I contacted the hotel this was confirmed.
Subsequently upon arrival at the hotel I spoke with the reservation team and I had to pay an addidtional cost to have a Deluxe room as I had booked wit E Dreams.
I have copies of emails sent to the advertised email address of E Dreams which were bounced back, plus the 2 separate calls made to the customer service team where I was promised a call back but never received either?
Desired outcome: I would like to receive a refund for the addidtional cost of the Deluxe room I paid for, receipt attached along with emails returned.

On 12th of August I purchased a ticket trough Edreams Belgrade-Belgrade-Zurich. Via Swissair
, for the same flight, I also purchased extra baggage for the same flight. Swiss Air charged me for that extra service 65 €. On 11th of September Edreams deducted from my credit card 64,99€ for service I never requested, via Edreams Prime Barcelona Spain. I informed my bank for that transaction and they will block my credit card.
I’m requiring an explanation from Edreams and refund-return the amount they charged.
In a meantime my bank will proceed investigating the deduction.
