On 1/4 rented a car via their website. Upon completion of the vehicle rental, I verified the email and company. The company is listed in Ladvia and not in the US. Upon further review I noticed this is a scam. I attempted to cancel the rental and there is no possible way to cancel the rental on their web site. I contacted my credit card company who directed me to contact the vendor and provided me with a contact phone number. The number led me to a person believed to be in NY, but there is no way to know their location. Upon further review of the contract I found a number in the Dominican Republic. I contacted that number and requested the contact information for Puerto Rico. The person responded that there were no representatives in PR. I returned to their web page and was not able to find a location to cancel the rental. I notified the credit card company and I am waiting for the payment to post to initiate the credit card credit. A total scam.

Recommendation: Do not fall for this company scam. Find a known reputable company.
