Booking Group Ltd (http://www.economybookings.com/, http://www.ealquilerdevehiculos.es/5/, http://www.elocationdevehicules.fr/2/, http://www.iautonoleggio.it/3/, http://www.eavtoprokat.ru/) is a guarantee of a spoiled vacation!
If you're going on vacation and plan to rent a car, I advise you not to contact the company Booking Group Ltd. I have been asking them for 6 months to return the money for a car that I have not used because of their slovenliness.
In the summer 2010 I traveled to Italy with my family. I had booked a car at the site www.eavtoprokat.ru beforehand. According to the order car cost about 550 Euros for two weeks. When we arrived, the booked car was not available. Manager found a car after 30 minutes of warm language. OK. After we started going through formalities, it turned out, it cost around 990 Euros. My arguments about the price in the contract did not help. And it was not surprising, because all prices were on the same level or even more in the Rome airport. So I had to pay another unplanned 500 Euros. OK. Took it, got the keys. At the parking lot it turned out that this was a car “of the same class”, but it was smaller in capacity. My baggage didn’t fit it. I returned the key, applied to another car rental company, where I again paid full amount for a new car (990 Euros) and left the airport. All of this took me about 5 hours (I have a year-old child, and it was a terrible heat at the airport). The evening came, and in the end I hadn't been able to reach Riccione, as I planned. So I had to stop in another town hotel.
To sum up:
1. I was not given the car, which I ordered.
2. For the money they took, I was not given any car at all.
3. I overpaid about 1500 Euros in the first day of my vacation (this sum on my credit card was blocked for 40 days). Besides this they booked 500 Euros as a reserve. And we spent some money for hotel.
4. Almost the whole day I spent trying to solve the problems with the car.
5. After 6 months correspondence I haven’t been given the money for car that I haven’t used at all. Booking Group Ltd argues that I rejected it myself! In fact I have been robbed of 550 Euros!

In the phone call it sounded like: “We really sympathize with you, but we cannot help you ...”

There are still many things to tell about the Booking Group Ltd service. (For example, I was impressed with the highest intellectual abilities of their employees after 6 month correspondence). But I’m not going to write а book instead of review.
The key point is that company Booking Group Ltd isn’t accurate and competent. I advise you never to use its services.
Also I want to add that this comment is not a black PR, I’m not employee of any car rental company. It is a real situation.

When I rented a car through their website, I went for full insurance. A tiny accident occurred, but the insurance covers it. It took them 3 months to respond to the first email I sent in it. It's been a year since then, to this day I haven't received my money back. There is no response from them and it's disgusting

Refused my car insurance and demanded to purchase their policy at an exorbitant price. After my refusal, cancelled my reservation and retained $50.

I sent a claim September 29th with all possible details and docs. available and more than one reminder to contact me back for almost a month. Not even a decent reply, only automatic replies which get you nowhere, despite the promise on own website to contact customers within a few days. Disappointing and disgraceful service and not recommended.

I had a booking made with this company to pick up a car on Sept 8th. I cancelled on Aug 24th, which is obviously earlier than the 48 hrs they state in their T&C yet I have not yet recieved any refund nor any answer to my emails

After I received my confirmation of car rental pickup from the airport, and after searching for the name of car rental company in the airport, I found out in a small print that the company is located in a mall outside the airport. Economy Booking dismissed my complaint and never given me a refund.

I tried to reach the economy booking customer services many times ( 1 month ago ) and until this moment they didn't refund my money of cancellation!

No one answer on my e-mail and no one return my money!

Horrible customer service with no response from anyone. Are they even legit?

I submitted claims for tyre replacement to economy bookings. I took full insurance coverage with them. Submitted the claim on June 26 2023. They responded that the claim is approved on 6th Jumy 2023 however until today no payment was done.

I had submitted a claim on 26th June 2023 for car rental tyre replacement.

On 6th July 2023 I was informed that the refund in the amount of 600 EUR has been approved. I submitted my account details on the same day.

Until today, the have not provided any refund. They did not respond to any of my emails after that.

The car I booked was not available at pickup. I asked for a refund so I could make another booking and the agent disconnected me.

I made a car reservation through economybookings. When I arrived at the car rental agency, they were unable to provide me with a car. I requested a refund from economybookings on May 9, 2023. I received two auto responses that my case was being handled, but it is a month later, and I have not received a resolution or a refund. This is fraudulent.

I booked with economybookings.com on line and canceled an hour later. I never received a refund. They are impossible to contact. This company is CRIMINAL.

I booked my car for April 20th 2023. I can provide my booking number on request. Again, I want my money back, but have received NOTHING from the company

On July 25 I booked a car but made a mistake on the dates. I called them within fifteen minutes to cancel and was told I'd be charged a cancellation fee of $153.54. This is very harsh...incredibly HARSH AND UNFAIR.

we prepaid for car rental for las vegas rental at dollar via economy bookings. Charged for insurance on car that we did not want. We had coverage via personal insurance and also covered on MC used for booking. Booking was on june 24th-july2 2019. The insurance charge was $ 56.40

I made a reservation and paid extra money for cancellation guarantee.
One week before the reservation date I cancelled my reservation but they took all the money from my credit card. There is no customer service from their side, no reply, no information provided, nothing. They are CHEATERS, do not work with them.

Rip off company. They took my deposit, never booked my car and never refunded my deposit even after several email to customer service. They keep pushing you over until you are fed up.

Avoid if you want a good service.
Total waste of time and ruined my holiday.

Vehicle assigned was as advertised. The staff at rental location professional and helpful. Amount quoted and charged were accurate. No hidden fees or unpleasant surprises. I recommend this company.

I made a car reservation with this company but never sent me the confirmation. They ended up canceling the rervation and making me a cancelation charrge to my credit card. El booking number is B24081662 this not confirmation.

I can't believe a company take your money and don't provide a service. Not even replying to any of my numerous emails that I sent.
Is this a scam? Well to all the people who are reading this, avoid if you want a good start to your holidays as it ruined mine and keep your money safe.

My name is Tracy Swain and I am filing this complaint because I was to receive a full size rental car from Dollar Rent a Car @ the Philadelphia International Airport on November 1, 2015. I asked the person I talked to if debit cards were accepted and he said 'yes'. I made a payment of $301.00 with my debit card and when I got to Dollar Rent a Car they informed me that a debit card was good to make the reservation but a credit card was needed to take the car off of the lot. When I called Booking Group they referred me to Enterprise Rental and I was again told that a credit card was needed to take a car off of their lot. When I called Booking Group back they informed me that a refund would be made back to my debit card. It has 30 days since that conversation took place and I have still not received a refund and I want it because I don't want to pay for a car that I never used

We also are totally dis-satisfied with BookingGroup.Com. For almost six months we are constantly emailing their "support" personnel, to refund an advance payment for a car that could not be taken, due a belligerent Vancouver hire desk which refused to work with the Voucher we had paid for.
There is NIL customer service - and, yes - I consider this whole affair to be a sham / scam / fraud.

On august 20 i sent an email to customer service which has not been followed up on and i am very discouraged and dissapointed, i booked a car with Bookinggroup, and had prepaid, unfortunately Fox rent a car also billed me so i paid double. I have requested continuous and follow up to your customer service team as well as feedback and i have not gotten any answers on this problem which should be easy to solve. Booking group never prepaid my car.
This is not about the money but how this has been handled and not resolved. Is this a scam?

Booked a car in Barcelona last week. bad experience but it was not the fault of booking group but Goldcar.
do not use GoldCar. this company is bad. they force you to buy their insuarnce and sell you the fuel with a higher price. I paied at least twice the expected price.

I booked the
rental car from this company, but I notice they don't have good service, so
cancelled a in a couple of hours. After I came back from vacation, I notice
they haven't refund me the money, and called them, they said, I have to wait
for one month to get the refund...fxck, no happened to the other company. And
today I checked my credit card, I found that they charged me $33 cancellation
fee and call them, argued, they said the fee was stated in the term and
conditions, which was hidden somewhere in the website, stay away from them,
suck company.

Booked a car through economybookings.com with Maggiore in Genova, the car wasn't a red one but the model was the one that I booked and the car was as requested with a diesel engine. Thank for assistance. Will use ur service again and again for sure.

This was my first booking for a car rental in Europe. I was very nervous about it. When arrived I was very surpriced about the delivery service in Greece, Rhodes. The company Surprice Car Rental made the delivery and collection for 15.00 Eur each way and the agent arrived in time and exactly to the address which I provided to Booking Group.

Used more than once services economybookings.com Received a car in Spain. There were difficulties with receiving, but employees reacted and operatively solved everything.

Good stuff, the price and quality justified everything.

It is sure and from now on I will use services economybookings.com

I think all have misfires. Vyacheslav, how many times did you use their services?
I booked a car through this company 4 times. My opinion? I had a positive experience of booking a car in 4 European cities. Economybookings.com work at a normal level. Good service: cost, booking and car.

I used economybookings.com for my trip to Geneva. This company made the reservation at the rental company in the wrong month, but on my confirmation the right month was stated. I noticed this when I was at the airport at 11.30pm. I was lucky that the rental company had another car available, but I had to pay 100 Swiss Francs extra. I tried to claim this money with Economybookings.com, but the do not respond on any of my e-mails
