Ordered flowers for my wife. Order arrived damaged and of poor quality, so I called to get a refund or replacement. They only offered 20% refund (the whole order was damaged) or have it replaced. When I agreed to have the order replaced, they suddenly couldn't do that without an additional charge. I said no, and to give me to a supervisor. I spent the next hour on the phone waiting with no one coming back to talk with me. Buyer beware! I'm going to have to dispute the charge with Paypal.
