Dunkin' Donuts review: Horrible management

I was just in Dunkin Donuts in Hartford, CT on 3250 Main st at the Noble Convenience store and I just the most horrible display of verbal abuse on an employee by the "manager"... I believe her name is Tashawna or something to that effect. She was screaming to the top of her lungs at two employees, but one of them wasn't actually doing anything wrong! She was handling the front area and being so gracious to customers, and this incompetent manager couldn't handle the drive thru and began berating her and another employee who was literally just standing there. This individual is ALWAYS horrible when I come to get my morning coffee and for the life of me, I don't know how she was promoted to manager because she doesn't even deserve to work on the floor, let alone run it! This is absolutely disgusting and I am going to continue to complain until this Tashawna person is LET GO. This is not a good representation of your brand at all! It made me so umcomfortable to see how how she spoke to the young lady, who is fairly new there (about two weeks in), I canceled my order and walked out.
