Ordered on line at approx 8pm 8/22/2026 for 2 dozen donuts and a box of Joe. To be picked upat 9:30amon8/23/2026. Got to store at 9:26am , they said that they didn't get order. Money was taken out of my account, girl said I would have to wait in line to get to order , explained I had meeting to get to, she said too bad, I needed to wait my turn, they were short staff, there was 9 employees there. She b was very rude, ot only to me but to her staff, told her they took money out of my account already and that I couldn't wait,she took money out of register and threw it at me.

No she WAS NOT RUDE. If you cannot wait your turn, that is your problem. Learning to wait your turn is something that you should have learned in preschool. She was just telling you what everyone over the age of 4 should know. You are not more important than everyone else, and need to wait your turn.
