I ordered 2 dz donuts and 50 gems, I received 1 dz donuts and the gems. I called the store to notify them and Amber the manager said that they could not deliver the 2nd dz that I needed to pick up or request a refund. I was upset as this was an incentive to my employees so that was not acceptable as I would be short a dz donuts. I did rais my voice (did not yell) but she did and I mean it was horrible. I did state that her employees need to learn to read. She blew it out of proportion and yelling at me said "I AM SORRY MY EMPLOYEES ARE RETARTDED" I never said that. I hung up as I was not going to deal with a hysterical Manager. She kept calling my office yelling at me I finally told her to stop calling my office.

Desired outcome: The manager needs to have training on how to deal with customers as well as more training for employees to pay more attention to what orders they are filling and making sure they are correct.

When you raised your voice she should have called the police. They messed up your order due to youor poor English.
