I'm very disappointed with chicken licken Oxford Street Southern wood,East london,eastern cape..I bought 3 rock my soul 3pieces,2with chips for R68 and 1 without chips for R58.problem is that they pack cold chicken and very salty,even the colour of the chicken turned dark to show it was long time out of warmer and in stress of the chicken salmonella because of I'm 100% sure that the chicken was out of time for it to be sold.maybe it was a return from another customer.this chicken was supposed to be discarded but they decided to sell it to me..I'm very very disappointed and I'm praying that it's not only me having this issue.salty and cold

I bought 6 piece of chicken today. 14 February 2024 in The Van Der Walt Chicken Licken store. Chicken was burnt. It also.tastes bitter because it is burnt. I only checked the pieces as soon I got to my flat, only to realize that they have served me burnt chicken. I also found it strange that immediately after purchasing the Chicken it didn't take them long prepare it. It's almost as if the chicken was returned by an unsatisfied customer and Most pieces are white meats.

Good day. My complaint is about the Facebook promotion that is running that says we can buy any selected meal at Chicken Licken for R37.00 but it seems like it's a lie we have order but we have not received anything of the order from that promotion. Please do attend to the matter ASAP and fix whoever is scamming people on Facebook using your brand to create account and tell lies on your behalf thank you.

I was online and there was a promo family full house for r37.00 I did the questions and payment but now I have not received order confirmation and it redirected me to tech gadget site and media tv the money went off my account and I have not received my chicken yet I am in krugersdorp and would like this to be refunded or receive the chicken as I am going to have to go on all the social networks 11/01/24 15/08

I made an order today at chickenlicken via ubereats in Bryanston at Sloanstreet. I received my order and my roll was rotten and now I'm even scared to eat the meat. When I called the lady that I was talking to had the audacity to try and blame the delivery guy, which didn't even make sense at all because when I received my order it was sealed. If I had eaten this food I would have had food poisoning and those a medical expenses. I really don't want to have to go on social media or hello peter for this.. I would like to be compensated not refunded but compensated. I have the recording of the lady, I really don't want to put it out there.

We made an order of 8 piece original chicken piece at 08:50 pm today, we initially wanted the soul fire option however we were told they do not have soul fire flavor, even though we could see a pile of it. However upon arriving home we realize that we were given a 6 piece instead of an 8 piece and unfortunately we cannot turn back as they were closing when we left. I am both shocked and disgusted by this.

It was on the 14 July 13: 08 when I bought soulsister 2 delux and one mini loaf from drive thru..I was helped by a cashier by the name of Phila( I cannot promise it well) the lady failed to take all my order prior to paying ,I asked her that she forgot to add mini loaf ,I was told to go inside the shop to buy.ok...i park my car and went inside to buy mini loaf.i was told by another cashier that I cannot swipe 2 mini loaf. I left the restaurant sad and disappointed

Horrible Customer service was the order of the day at chicken licken bree street, just opposite the taxi rank this morning 08 June 2023 07:30am. I was literally the second customer to buy and they kept on taking out orders for everyone else but mine, even after bringing this to their attention they carried on taking out orders for other people but mine and spoke amongst themselves a language I didn't even understand, I asked for the manager only to find that she's also in the midst of it, not courteous at all, her name tag was written Jane, they took my slip still not giving me my order, it time before I could get what I ordered still yet there's a manager there...

I was late for work as a result of this nonsense and I'm not letting this slide, if they are not brought to book I'll take this to Twitter.

This kind of service is unacceptable.

By the way they took my slip and didn't return because I was clear that I'm going to report this... I'm very angry, they ruined my day and now I must knock off late all for buying rock my soul... im ANGRY!

At around 7:35 earlier today, 23 April 2023,I passed by chicken licken qwaqwa setsing and got my family 6 piece of Rock my soul, only to find the chicken uncooked and had water inside. I showed the lady who gave me my order then she called the manager. When the manager approached me I told her my order doesn't satisfy me, the chicken is not well cooked, then she told me I should've given her the food to check it for herself and she's not going to waste her time helping me with such small problem. The stuff started talking bad about me and they were busy laughing at me. The manager was very rude towards me, I felt so little!.

Service at the "fly-thru" was so bad. The lady had bad attitude and resorted to gossiping about me with other employees when I went into the store to complete the order. Upon confrontation, I was ridiculed and shouted at by the same employee as she came out from the booth and further gossiping about me. He supervisor had to come to the front desk to reprimand her. Clearly there should be a footage of her and attitude. The other employees seem to know about her attitude and refrained from stopping her. She was then sent to the back.

3 original pieces on the 22nd of December 22 at brits mall.

1. The boerie deluxe didn't come with chips, I had to go back to the store to get the chips.

2. When I got home I realised that 1 of the pieces on my rock my soul had been cut. I couldn't go back as I was already home.

3. I asked for soulfire sachets as I believe they come with the rock my soul and I was told to pay R6 for them. I have both receipts with me

I ate Rotten meat without being aware because I trusted that you wouldn't sell me Rotten Food

As a Result of this Situation I ended having Severe Stomach Pains which now need Doctors Attention and I am not able to go to the doctor because of Hospital Bills

I hope and trust that my Situation will be Taken seriously as I wouldn't want to Escalante this Situation/Problem to the Relevant Departments

I bought a boerie burger at the Bara Square Chicken Licken on the 16th of December, after 11am n it was burnt to crisp. My order number was #1167. The other meal was made to perfection, only the burger was really disappointing.

I was unhappy with the meal but i couldn't go there and complain since i reside very far from there.

I ended up throwing the burger away because it was inedible n bitter for my son to eat.

Today the 19th December 2022, i would like to complain for the meat i always get at chicken licken in braamfontein, and im not saying everyone else is having the same problem, i even suspect maybe the owner hates me so much or the assistants there\, i always get extremely hot meat i do not know why, i was rushing to eat my breakfast only to ve dissapointedi could not go back becuase i had to rush to ameeting, i am so dissapointede, i make a vow not to buy chicken licken in brammfontein, i wasted money nothing.

Was buying at Tembisa mall the cashier was rude before attending me she was laughing with her colleague and i ask her why not attend me and continue with what you are doing she replied to me by saying its december im suppose to be happy imagine the guts i don't know if that is the service i was suppose to get

I bought meat at Alberton city chicken licken on the 24th of November and attempted to eat the meat following morning which was 25 November. Unfortunately when I took the first bite, I realized that the meat was rotten and had worms all over. I then called the shop and spoke to the manager, he told me that I'm lying, even after I told him that I have a video of the meat and still have the slip, there was no apology whatsoever, the staff was laughing at the back as if this is some joke. The fact that I ate rotten meat, should not be a joke.

On Wednesday, I went to the Chicken Licken at Maponya Mall and I ordered 6 wings

When my food came, I was not pleased with it

The meat was not fully cooked inside and plus it had no spices

Usually Chicken Licken gives you spices but there were none

To think that Chicken Licken was my favourite place to buy meat but after that incident, I don't think I will ever go there again

This chicken is very horrible its dry and the food was cold chips and the chicken that we received the chicken taste like its been in the warmer for days is dry and very chewy. It had no taste and can be served to a dog. Food is so expensive to be served chicken like this not acceptable and its not money and not for free this is the worse i ever been served
