Dunkin' Donuts food poisoning; bad sandwich

On 3/14/2020 myself and my mother traveled to Big flats, NY to attend a funeral we stopped at the 3317 Chambers road store and purchased two sausage egg and cheese croissants with two cups of coffee. By the early morning of 3/15/2020 myself and my 75 year old mother were bent over sick with extreme abdominal pain and water like diarrhea. I asked mama what did we both eat that could of cause such sickness. That's when she told me part of her egg on her sandwich was cold. And i replied i thought it was just mine. Keep in mind the meat was hot the bread was warm and the egg was luke warm on one side and cold on the other. I was forced to bring mama home over 600 miles sick we both are feeling some what better today 3/18/2020 but still not 100% . This store needs to be check for correct prep practices. There coolers need the temperatures checked and the young wait staff need to be check for knowledge of food prep. I firmly believe some type of compensation need to be offered. We never attend our loved ones funeral and i have over 1500.00 between rentals and traveling cost. One of us could have died from this unfortunate accident.

Dunkin' Donuts Cashier at front register

3/13/2020 I approached the counter of the Dunkin' Dunuts and was "greeted" by a sulky worker who said she would be with me in a minute. I stood there watching her put on gloves, all the while shaking her head and mumbling to herself, "Jesus, Jesus..." she kept repeating. I could see she was very unhappy about something. I stood there awhile, and got the idea to place my order for K-cups through the app on my phone, allowing me to get finished quicker and get on with my business. At 4:15 pm the order was finalized, and, tho you truly would have had to witness her face to understand completely, I will do my best to describe what followed. I heard the order come through on the machine, then the gal (who was still working with a man who was in the completed order line), moved over to my side of the counter with a look of incredulity (?), astonishment(?)—-something! on her face. I said, "That was me-I just paid for my order on the app-are we good?" She said nothing-nothing-not a shake of the head-nothing—so I repeated, "Are we good?" Again, she said not a word- but continued to give me that crazy look! I finally picked up my order and walked off. As I was leaving, I heard her excitedly whisper/talking to the other employees and they burst out laughing! What? She was young, glasses, overweight -brown hair-I was too embarrassed to even look at her name tag, but is this a way to run a business? The morning staff has never been anything but polite, but this girl! I won't be back when she is there, for sure.

Dunkin' Donuts Service

Rowdy teenagers come after school M. - F. and basically "take over" the dining area, menacing & harassing the older custumers. They arrive in a large group daily. Most of them do not buy any thing. They just come to hang. They run around yelling & screaming to eachother, sitting on the tables, knocking over chairs, using vulger language, entering the bathrooms 3-4 people at a time & urinating on the floor. The D.D. staff does & says nothing to them' which only emboldens these kids to escalate their behavior. Customers complain to no avail. Staff states their boss has told the staff not to do or say anything to them. Most of their regular customers have stopped coming because of it.

Dunkin' Donuts Coffee - amount, customer service

I purchased coffee via drive through. When I took the lid off the coffee level was more than an inch from the top.

I contacted Dunkin Donuts corporate. They referred me to owner who snet me this email:

Dunkin' Donuts The new paper cups

I do not like the new paper cups that are used at Dunkin Donuts. The caps do not fit on the cups properly and my mother nearly got burned when one opened up on her and spilled all over her lap. She could've had third degree burns because of it. You think they are environmentally safe but not on the customer. One of these times somebody is going to get severly hurt.
Ban the cups!

Dunkin' Donuts this the second time east hazel crest police department been called on supervisor kavon allen.!?

✨After walking around the parking lot normally I Kavon Allen Supervisor assistane, have the dustpan with me I Kavon Allen Supervisor assistane, didn't have it today walked around to see if the line needs to be cleaned, before Supervisor opening the doors one store manager or manger pull up after, the lot normally be done earlier also the parking lot being clean before open also another drive through trash can need to be added before entering the drive-through a customer might want it there the police bout being called because of Supervisor assistane Kavon Allen; safety probably being called for him safety. I Kavon Allen also received the coat with Dunkin Donuts logo on it.i might be hired. The opening store manager Haven't said nothing yet.!?

Dunkin' Donuts new cups

The new Dunkin' Donuts Christmas cops are the worst cops on the planet can't you use different hot cups with all the money that Dunkin' Donuts as you would think that the cups would be better these paper cups are horrible the coffee goes cold in five minutes in the cup slips out of your hand and the cap falls off every time Please change these cups

The paper cups look nice, but are useless for hot coffee. If you insist on using insufficient coffee containers, could you add least consider an alternative that keeps the coffee hot? If I wanted cold coffee, I would order it.

Dunkin' Donuts textest toast ham sandwich & hash browns

I order a big textest toast sandwich & hash browns. The bread was not toasted the cheese, egg and cheese was cold. The hash browns soft and tast nasty, was cold as well. I when inside told the manager the was and I wanted my money back. She ask for my card and told her I would like cash back. Because that all the money I have want to get breakfast somewhere else. She had to put the money on the my card. Ask long does it take. That was friday morning and its monday still no money my card. The policies stucks

Dunkin' Donuts company

I'm a daily customer at this Dunkin, this morning I saw a dispute between an employee and someone who seemed to be her boss. I felt for her, no employee or should be talked down to like that by a superior. The situation was not handled professionally, and this isn't the first time I've seen poor management. I will be finding another dunkin to attend.

Dunkin' Donuts staff has infrared scanner handheld pointed at customer's eyes in drive thru...

On two separate occasions, I pulled up to pay for my tea and bagel, and was immediately being blinded by the handheld scan tool with red light. I asked the staff to move the light to a different position, as that light shining directly at a retna can cause permanent vision damage. The employee with three teeth (poor dental hygiene), ignored my request on both occasions with an attitude. Please be advised that I will not be going back to that dunkin donuts facility ever again. It's not worth getting blinded and dealing with attitudes for a cup of tea...

Dunkin' Donuts service and food quality

Just happened... Burned sandwich made in front of me.. I ask the girl with black hair, about 5'8 hispanic about 30 -40 years old that makes sandwiches to remake it... It was disgusting, burned and cheese looked like old clumpy cheese... She called me a [censored] and said we get what we get its fast food... What do I expect in dunkin donut? All the customer stood up. No one trusted her after. I asked for a manager the employees laughed... No manager on duty? She should be fired! Bad customer service and disgusting food. I will contact my lawyer for the surveillance video monday! My son watch this woman call me names because she did not take pride doing her job.

Dunkin' Donuts service

sept 24 2019... I was told to leave... there was no need... I I was there for was a cup of coffee and to charge my phone I always buy a big breakfast there every morning... but keep in mind that particular night... there were a bunk of teenagers white... rude loud talking about gangs... but they made me leave a 50year old black woman minding my own business... by two young black employees... one heavy set back girl and a black gay boy that worked there... I will report this to... b.b. b….. and all over social media... someone should contact me on this matter it is soooo disturbing that this happen to me... they need to be punished... ms. love [protected]

Dunkin' Donuts turbo coffee

I have been drinking a turbo (expresso shot) coffee since you first came out with the turbo. I cant tell you how many times I have received my coffee without the turbo. I order 1 small ice coffee, 1 cream and a turbo shot. OK what do they not understand? I am talking about coffees I get in MA and RI. I am an everyday turbo drinker so when its not in my coffee I know. I pay over $1 for this shot plus I give a tip. Finally I am done. Either the employees need training by the manager, IDK. Im just sick of paying for no turbo added. Like I said I am a turbo daily drinker so if wasnt added I will know.

Dunkin' Donuts employees

At 1 pm in the afternoon, I had suddenly lost my phone service and was in need of WiFi to figure out what was going on with my carrier. So I pulled into My local Dunkins that I frequently stop at, I run a business and usually buy breakfast for my entire crew there.. well I was with my girlfriend, and i hand not been on the phone more than 10 mins before she brought to my attention that the 3 young ladies that were working inside were making gestures and taunting us through the glass. I shrugged it off and told her I thought she must have been misreading the situation.. then 2 mins later one of the employees comes outside to my window, and starts knocking on my window mid phone call, and tells me, that I need to come inside and buy something or leave.. not a single customer came in or out of the establishment in the 15 min duration I was their. I told her no problem, I'll come in right now to buy something. I then go inside, where without having the slightest idea why I was being treated this way, proceed to make my order, while I was givin attitude, and treated like I was not welcome... I asked them what I had done to receive the childish behavior, and I was then cursed by all of them, in the most disrespectful way I could not believe it .. Lebanon Maine is a very small town.. I grew up in this town. Own my a business and coach the local high school football team.. I bring a lot of business to this particular location, but will most certainty be taking my business elsewhere in the future.. the employees had zero respect and till this very moment I cannot understand why I got this treatment... very unprofessional

Dunkin' Donuts building hazard

Good Morning, I wanted to contact you regarding an existing building hazard which is getting progressively worse. I come to this Dunkin almost daily the store is well run the staff is excellent, the manager Matthew is sharp and professional and does a great job. The complaint is in regards to a ceiling leak located both in and in front of the restrooms. This leak has been getting worse and worse as evidenced by the ceiling tiles now turning brown and mildewed. I believe this leak is due to the roof top central air conditioner because in addition to the leaks inside the building there is a hose a inserted into the drain pipe directing a substantial amount of water into the parking lot. There are several huge puddles of standing water . Aside from cosmetically unattractive people are slipping on the wet tile floors in front of the restrooms and the ceiling tiles are sagging badly and will certainly collapse soon with the possibility of hitting someone in the head. I've discussed this with the staff but clearly this is a corporate matter so perhaps you can get them involved. Best Regards Jim J

Dunkin' Donuts a employee disrespected me and was being rude for no reason what so ever.

In 8/1/2019 I often come to this store in the morning, I saw this incident happen at other times but today that same employee cursed at me instantly after hearing that I would report her behavior to the store supervisor since the manager just ignored my complaint. Here's what happened, I went to the store to buy a hot coffee and it was about room temperature when I received it, I asked why it was so cold and was this made already some time before I even ordered, but she rolled her eyes at me and looking at me and saying that my complaint means s* etc.. I was surprised that she raised her voice like that and especially that the manager did not care to the slightest about my complaint, I don't know what's up with these two and why the manager just didn't care about her behavior but this is unacceptable, I like the store but I'm not coming here ever, I'm just trying to buy something here and this employee acted like she and the manager owns Dunkin this isn't right.

Dunkin' Donuts icu cdml mach m

The product I ordered was not the item viewed in the picture on the menu board. The product I ordered was $2.99. I told the service person it was incorrect and he said I was mistaken. I then told him he over charged me. The receipt said $4.97 so he gave me a dollar bill and said ok. I said no its still not correct but he wasn't interested in what I had to say and I wasn't gong to argue over $.70 but I wanted him to know that he short changed me.

Dunkin' Donuts poor customer service by a manager

Today I went to go get a ice coffee. From the 9009 20th St Vero Beach, Fl, 32966. I had placed my order I told the lady Wich was the supervisor manager. Old lady with no name tag Navy blue button up shirt long sleeve. She had long blonde and grey hair desperate need of hair dye! Anyhow I told her I would like please a LG, &med ice mocha coffee both with cream, sugar, whip cream, and chocolate syrup, ontop. When I get to the window and pay the old lady gives me my coffee Wich I immediately notice both don't have the whip cream and chocolate syrup u asked for? The old lady proceeds to then want to argue and saying you should have asked for it when in fact I did! And she was very rude & and way unprofessional! Doesn't belong in management or customer service at all. It's horrible people like this in business management roles that don't belong and give a company a bad name I want something to be fine about this! I will definitely be persuading people to take their business to star 🌟Bucks where they treat there customers right! This is unexpectable for a company this large! To Allow this to continue to happen to decent customers who would like a little something extra to brighten their day and then get treated horrible for no reason at all!

Dunkin' Donuts employee

It is sad for me to write this review as I go to this Dunkin every morning before work and the staff is ALWAYS so polite and friendly and make my coffee perfect! Today, unfortunately was different. There was a new man working the drive thu (not the window). I was advised to pull to the side and wait for my bagel (not an issue at all). A woman came out and handed me my bagel, again very nice. I stayed in the spot that i was sitting in as I had an emergency text come through and was trying to deal with that situation completely unaware that it was "the designated drive thru wait spot". The drive thru man came out, literally shooed me away with his hand and said "you need to move" very rudely! No, excuse me ma'am, your in the drive thru, can you please move to the side... nothing of that sort. I am a regular morning customer of that store and I am treating very nicely every morning with the morning employees. Matter of fact, just the other day i said to my husband that I was going to write a positive review regarding the staff as they are always so nice and have outstanding customer service skills. I would have gladly moved and apologized as I should have had i known I was sitting in that spot and the man had been polite with asking me to move out of the drive through spot. I was unable to obtain the mans name, but I am hoping that you are able to trace this back to him and please send him through the same customer service training class that the other employees went through. As he can defiantly learn from them. Unfortunately, I will not be back to this Dunkin and this one man has now inconvenienced my morning due to his rudeness and non training of customer service/people skills. This happened 7/22 at around 7:40 am.
