I was informed by email that my delivery from 'The fish company', parcel number 1597 6949 455 614, would be delivered between 14.38 - 15.38 buy Dominik on 02/10/25
It was delivered at 19.20, I have both chronic back pain and chronic arthritis and walk with very obvious pain with a stick (as well as major depression and chronic anxiety which this incident has far from helped) which is the whole reason I shop online with delivery, yet Dominik refused to carry the very heavy parcel inside for me and furthermore {considering the parcel was frozen fish} refused to wait for me to open the parcel to check it was still frozen to determine if I should even accept the parcel or not and just walked away stating he was in a hurry. This resulted in me having a fall trying to retrieve the heavy parcel.
This is not only NOT ACCEPTABLE, but if what Dominik said was true (that they are legally not allowed to carry parcels over the thresh hold) discriminatory to disabled customers, the reason people like myself shop online is because they can not physically carry the items bought for delivery, what's the point if the delivery still can not be brought into my home?
