CVS review: The pharmacy does not know where my prescription is that I dropped off that morning

On 9/13/2021 I dropped of a prescription for Adderall XR 20 mg #30. It was around 9:30 in the drive through. My address, dob, phone number and driver's license number was on the script. The tech let me know it would be ready by noon. I called around 7:50 pm & was told there was no script whatsoever. Andy who was the pharmacist on duty was absolutely no help and was more worried about closing the pharmacy then finding out where my prescription was and doing anything & everything to make it right. All he told me was that he would keep an eye out for it and asked for my phone number. This has never happened to me and it is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I told him to pull the cameras bc it will show me dropping of my script. Im also pretty certain we will know what happened to the script once the tech had it. I will get to the bottom of this. This reflects extremely poorly on the company.
