Girl answered the phone in the pharmacy after me being on hold for over 20 minutes and hung up on me as I went through the doctors line since I couldn't get a human being on the phone. After 30 minutes of waiting I finally got a pharmacist on the phone to fix my prescription. I want that girl fired for being such a [censored] and treating customers like [censored]! There are too many job hiring to be hiring piece of [censored] people like her who don't give a [censored] to work for CVS! I will be calling Tuesday and speaking to the Store Manager about this girl and make sure she gets fired for treating customers like this and we will be moving our pharmacy to Walgreens now where they treat their customers with respect!

Desired outcome: Girl to be fired!!!
