CVS review: Rudeness and incompetence of pharmacy staff

On 5/11/21 at approximately 9:40pm I went to the drive through window at the 802 N Lansdowne Ave, Drexel Hill, PA, 19026. No cars were there when I pulled up, after pushing the call button and waiting 5 mins no one showed up. I called the store and the rude person who answered said the pharmacist will be there soon. No one came still. I had to beep several times before anyone showed up. When he did, His name was Minh, he was VERY rude. My prescription was not ready, as usual after 40+ minutes and he said "I have other people a head of you, why should you be first, you have to leave and come back" He was VERY nasty. I should not have to wait 2 hours for a simple prescription to be filled.
This store's staff and pharmacists are always rude, late and treat customers with little to respect 90% of the time. I have no other 24 hr pharmacy's near me, which is why I fell they treat customers this way. I have had so many problems in this location. Honestly, a district manager needs to step in and do some customer service training.
