CVS review: Rude staff.

I went to the CVS at 2007 BrookPark road Cleveland Ohio 44109 the staff are always very rude. The women at the desk named Terry is just horrid in her attitude she is always very rude and unfriendly like she hates her job sometimes she doesn't even say hello or goodbye. I have gone to many CVS stores in the area and never was treated so bad. Also she the staff treat other customers very bad as well. Could you please talk to Terry and tell her to be nicer and not so rude also check the other staff as well for their behavior. I love your stores thank you have a great day.

Desired outcome: Tell Terry to be a better staff member and have the other staff behave better as well.
