CVS review: Racist comments by Staff at CVS store

I watched with disgust the attached video (https://www.instagram.com/p/CMvnYEHjbRH/?igshid=17zd7ksz2j54p)
Which was taken at the CVS store in Redwood Heights, Oakland, CA
Store #9378. I have lived in Oakland since 1974 and as a person who would, but won't ever again, shop at that store, want you to know that this employee needs to be fired. And apparently CVS needs to do some reevaluation of its hiring policies. Racism can no longer be tolerated... Anywhere.

Desired outcome: fire employee in video, institute cultural humility training across all CVS stores.
