While this may fall on deaf ears, I am outraged at the amount of rudeness. And unprofessionalism that is taking place in this pharmacy. Customers are constantly complaining about this one pharmacist. CVS Racist Asst. Manager (in training)

Fairfax located in Los Angeles on the corner of third and Fairfax. Requested assistance in pharmacy area, Greenville, several times, requesting assistance. One employees, stood by on the other side of the aisle the whole time, I was thinking it was not his department, went to pharmacy pharmacy says, ring bail, I approach, gentleman, clerk, and ask him an assessment. He opened the cabinet and allowed me to get what I needed, while I was doing that, I asked, why did he stood by and waited for me for assistance, Latino did not respond, I asked for the manager, he said he was the manager, I said, you are the store manager, he repeated, and said, yes, I then proceeded to go to the front, I asked one of the clerks in the front for the store manager, I seen the store manager walk across the floor, told the situation to store manager, did not assist me, was standing right by, I asked the store manager, was the manager, the store manager said the clerk know the clerk was in training, no, he wasn’t the manager, I told the store manager that the, and had ethical issues, . It is the second time, that I went to the particular establishment, and Asian clerk purposely rolled our eyes and me as I approached the desk, the day was October 30, 2023, around 1:40 PM. This type of behavior did not exist, and had they knew, Latino, assistant manager showed up on site. I have been going to that establishment for years, it isn’t until now I receiving races service.

Desired outcome: It should be no place for racism at CVS

CVS Prescription Refilss

On 10/11/23 I received an automated text from CVS in East Bridgewater MA telling me my Rx would be "auto filled" in a "few"days. On 10/21/23 I received another text asking me PLEASE RESPOND (exactly like that) if I would like the Rx to be filled. I responded Yes, with my name, med name and strength of Rx. After hearing nothing since 10/21, today 11/2, I went to pick up my Rx along with one I called in on 10/29, I was told that they weren't ready yet, they would be ready in an hour. The Rx that I called in on 10/29 was supposed to be ready the next day after 12:00 pm. How is it possible that after 12 days a prescription is still not ready?

I use CVS because it is a pharmacy covered under my Medicare Advantage Plan. Beginning with my next refills I, along with other family members, will no longer be a customer of your business. The Customer Service is atrocious, and not the fault of the local store, it completely the incompetence of the Corporate Office.

It's happening here in Wilmington, North Carolina. CVS ESPECIALLY in the Pharmacy is RUDE, MEAN, and accusing with NO proof of something impossible of doing without proof. I've moved my medications to anyone else as long as it's NOT CVS or WALGREENS. I am talking to a lawyer now thinking of suing.

CVS Lack of Pharmacy personnel

11/1/2023 CVS Brevard, NC

We went into CVS to pay for four prescriptions, and the line for waiting was 15 persons long. We didn't wait. There is one hard working pharmacist, and two run-ragged ladies waiting on customers. CVS needs more pharmacy personnel.

We went in last week to get these same prescriptions. One pharmacist lady said that one prescription wasn't filled because their phone order system wasn't working properly, so they never received the order.

The other three orders were priced "without" our GoodRXGold card prices. We decided not to wait for the prices to be changed because there were so many people waiting behind us.

Since we order these prescriptions monthly or bi-monthly, our GoodRXGold card prices should be listed in their computer.

Please help these poor pharmacy employees with additional employees.

CVS Flu vaccination

I am a physician on staff at NYU. As part of their vaccination program, I was offered to go to CVS. On 10/13/2023 I scheduled a high dose flu shot to be administered at the branch at 17 E Jericho Turnpike, Mineola, NY. Upon returning home after the vaccination, I noticed the form provided to me to satisfy my NYU requirement was incorrect. It was for a patient born in 1983 and having been vaccinated on 10/04/2023. The following morning, I returned to the CVS branch to correct this mistake. Despite speaking to pharmacist in charge that morning I was told that a corrected proof of vaccination could not be generated until the following day. I found this odd but was assured that that the corrected form would be sent to me overnight via FedEx. I never received this but did receive an email from CVS the following day, 10/15/2023. A form was attached but with the incorrect date of vaccination, 10/14/2023. At this point I have doubts that I was correctly vaccinated.

In the short term, a corrected form should be sent me.

Unfortunately, my confidence with CVS is tarnished and I would expect a root cause is investigated and a response sent me as I and other physicians depend on pharmacies for competence filling prescriptions and advising patients.

CVS pharmacy

Prescription was due but no refills, so I called the local CVS on Friday the 27th. Have not received any calls saying, you have a prescription ready for pickup. Call Dr office and she said it was sent in on Friday. So I go to CVS... Gave them my name and info. He closed the window and looked at the computer. The prescription was not ready. He filled the prescription and came back. I said was it not ready and he said no a computer problem...Medication that I need every day! This is inexcusable. Believe I will find a new pharmacy.

Desired outcome: You need a back up computer and people who act like they care, People have to have certain meds and if I had a heart attack or stroke it would be your fault.

CVS Ridiculous phone wait times for pharmacy

I have always appreciated the CVS app for managing my prescriptions but there are times you need to speak with someone in pharmacy! I use the CVS in Fuquay-Varina (zip 27526) and normally do not have issues with them onsite but don't even think about trying to reach them via phone. In the last week, I have personally needed to speak to the pharmacy. I called last week and was on hold for 52 mins and then it went to quick busy! 52 mins wasted! Today (10/31/23), I called because a prescription on the app states I need to speak to the pharmacy. I am still on hold and at this point, I am over 50 mins! Of course, I am fully aware of vaccines that are available and that there is an app I can download. My Lord does CVS not have basic technology that would allow customers to keep their place in line and get a courtesy call back! Well not sure what else I can type but at this point, I am at > 54 mins on hold but at least it hasn't hung up on me yet. Come on CVS, you have got to fix this!

Desired outcome: Just basic phone support.

I got in line to pick up my RX at 10:30 a.m. Waited 30 minutes to finally get to the window only to be told "we'll be with you in a bit". while I waited, I noticed the lady was taking packaged apart; NOT helping anyone. CVS Doesn't answer phone!

I have tried in vain for months to get someone to pick up the phone at CVS in GLoucester crossing. Their answering machine has the same buggy system any time of day that tells you the pharmacy is closed and then suddenly says it's connecting your call, then only to be told no one is available to take the call, please try later. Tonight I foolishly tried again only to be frustrated once more. Now I have to drive ½ hour round trip just to ask them a question. I'm moving to another pharmacy!

CVS Prescription service

I made a mistake, and put my order in early. But it was 3 days early and they most assuredly should have had that as the first refill today (Sunday). Well the pharmacist (Jonathan) made me wait, then told me I had to come back in an hour.

I am a 70 yr old senior with congestive heart failure. I have to walk 1/2 mile to the pharmacy so this is VERY troublesome for me. The rest of the staff there is great.

When I came back, it was ready. This guy is a punk and very young, he doesn't know customer service at all. This also happened once before.

Claimed loss: nothing but aggrevation and physical strain.

My order has not been filled now 3 weeks. They changed the date to 21st of Oct. I have print screen and they are changing the date to act as I just ordered it. CVS Service

Their App is bad. Only way to order as the number reverts to a electronic. Impossible to contact pharmacist directly. I ordered a medicine last s Saturday that was needing a refill. Finally got thru to pharmacist after about 30 minutes, he told me it was on automatic not due till 27 th, he would fill it. Today is the 24th. No notice at all from Pharmacy. I don’t go to town but today I have An appointment and realize I had’t got a notice it was filled. The app finely put thru a call which was answered. And hung up. I realized it was too early to call. Waiting till 9 am now I am elderly this is unsatistfied.

CVS The pharmacy department

Willow street cvs has the worse pharmacy we have ever delt with it takes hours to get perscriptions and employees are very rude / if we mention to someone what we went through to get our meds. They say that is what hapened to them many times ! someone needs to find out why this pharmacy is being run this way and fix it! cvs kendig square. Willow street ,penna.

just spoke with a male pharmacist at store #3562 inquiring if there was enough supply of a medication. He was initially helpful over the phone, stated they had just received a huge order and had plenty in stock. After some conversation, he stated he wasn’t going to help me and had none and hung up on me. You can’t withhold meds that you have in stock.
