CVS review: Racism at cvs store

I saw a video of a white man shouting profanities at a Black woman trying to shop yesterday at a CVS (Store #9378) in Redwood Heights, Oakland, CA and telling her to leave the store because she didn't belong there. This is the video: https://www.instagram.com/p/CMvnYEHjbRH/?igshid=17zd7ksz2j54p. Shockingly, your store employees did nothing to stop the man or to inject him from the store. This is outrageous. CVS must do the following:

1) Apologize to the Black woman
2) Bar the white man from shopping at CVS
3) Train your employees to act to protect your customers and to respond appropriately.

CVS is under contract with the U.S. government to provide Covid-19 vaccines. Anyone of any color should feel safe coming to a CVS to get a vaccine shot without being afraid of verbals or physical assault from racists. CVS was derelict in its duty to protect this woman. I am Asian American and will think twice about shopping at a CVS.
