CVS review: Pharmacy technician giving covid vaccine

My name is Jeanette Alicea
I went into CVS located at 4400 Hollywood Blvd. Hollywood, FL 33021 for my 3:30 PM appointment and the technician was very rude. Didn't speak loud enough so that I could understand the questions he was asking and just had an overall bad attitude.
I want my information (gave him my SS number) removed from your system immediately.
I will be going to another location (not CVS) for my vaccine and do not want them to say that I've already gotten my vaccine.

Desired outcome: Someone needs to teach this person some type of etiquette.
