I have no issue with the store except for a lady in the pharmacy named Fatima. She scolded me for requesting an emergency prescription I hadn’t taken in days since the Rite Aid store in Granite Falls had closed and transferred to this pharmacy. While I understand their policy, her attitude is completely unacceptable in this field. She seems to have more anger issues and worse hypertension than I do. You can’t talk to customers or patients like that without understanding the health challenges and reactions they are experiencing. Fatima should not handle patients or work in any role involving care for people until her anger management issues are addressed. She displayed a very bad attitude, publicly scolding me in front of staff and customers, making the store look terrible. If it weren’t for the kind lady on the floor who showed excellent customer service, I would have hated the store. However, I realized it’s just this one person, Fatima, and the CVS store shouldn’t suffer because of her behavior. She needs to be counseled and attend anger management training as soon as possible.
