I was at the CVS Pharmacy store located on 8372 Vine Street (store# 6093) Cincinnati, Ohio on Friday afternoon to refill my prescription medicine and it was a horrible, disastrous experience. I went to the doctor on Monday and the primary care physician prescribed my normal medication that I needed and said she would send it to the pharmacy and it would be there Wednesday. I went there on Wednesday and the CVS pharmacy employee said it was not there and I told them the doctor had it sent there. I contacted my doctor and she said it should be there and the employee got rude and said we don't have it. I went there on Friday and they gave me medicine, but it was the wrong medication. I will go back today to see if they have it and will be seriously considering going to another pharmacy after this experience.
Recommendation: My recommendation to future customers is to stay away from CVS Pharmacy if they can, because they have horrendous customer service.
Telling you they do not have your pescription is NOT the same as RUDE, Besides even if they did have it you would need an adult to go there with you to pick it up.
She said they gave her the wrong medicine and they didn't have it there when the doctor said they would. And you don't need an adult to go pickup a prescription from the doctor.
The whole point is telling you something that you do not want to hear is not the same as rude.
You say telling them they don't have their prescription is rude is not the point it seems she and her doctor confirmed the prescription was supposed to be there on time and it wasn't. And as the previous commenter said you don't need another person to go with you to pickup a prescription you can go to the pharmacy and pick it up yourself.
