I would advise CVS to hire better workers at its stores I went to the CVS located on 8372 Vine Street Cincinnati, Ohio 45216 (Hartwell, Ohio) and it was the worst store I have ever been to. The service was slow, the employees were not helpful, some were rude and the store was totally disorganized. I felt like I was not able to get my medications in a timely manner, because of the sloppiness of employees. And in the front there were no cashiers to help, so I had to figure out how to operate the self checkout service on my own. I would suggest to CVS to hire better people at this location and figure out how to make it a more suitable store. I have heard many complaints about this location from many friends and family members who have been here.
Recommendation: I would recommend to customers not to go to this store unless changes are made.
I totally agree I have been to this CVS store in Hartwell, Ohio and I would have to confirm it is the worst store in the tri state Cincinnati area.
