I have been experiencing problems with pharmacy at 11 37 S Dobson Mesa AZ. My husband is extremely disabled and yesterday we were told by his provider that he had a UTI. Last time he had one, it quickly went into delirium and required hospitalization. When I went there to pick up his 2 prescriptions for Doxycycline and Clonazepam. The Doxycycline was not filled. This also happened with another medication recently too. So he did not get medicated last night and had a very bad night. I called his provider and it was sent with the other prescription that was filled according to them. So, something is wrong with your system. I have experienced problems with CVS online as well. Please fix it or I will be forced to go to another pharmacy.
