CVS review: Pharmacists

Ashley fraisure and crystal Crawford are employees in the pharmacy that cussed me out and threatened me. They refused to refill my prescription and told me to call Walgreens and have them contact cvs for a transfer. I was on the phone with Walgreens while in the cvs drive through, because Walgreens needed cvs to call THEM. These two women refused and proceeded to verbally assaulted me and the man in the truck behind me had to apologize on their behalf. The women even went as far as to make fun of my teeth. It was unprofessional and degrading to be talked down to by someone who had access to my personal information and is threatening me. How am I supposed to sleep soundly tonight worrying that these two angry employees won't come by my house and fulfil their threats. This occurred on Tuesday September 14 at 730pm. I urge you to check your security cameras and to do what's right. I couldn't record because I was on the phone with Walgreens (who were very apologetic and helpful and won our future business). I'd hate to see another loyal customer traumatized by your staff.
