CVS review: My insulin prescription

I had my doctor call in my prescriptions for diabetes. I needed both oral and insulin. I'm not in the pharmacy industry, but I know that if you need insulin, you will need a syringe or a needle for your insulin pen. I picked up my oral medication and my insulin was not ready. I called in the next day and they told me my insulin was still not ready but my oral medication was. I informed them that I picked that prescription up the day before.
They were surprised about it. The next day I went and my insulin pens were ready, but the needles were on hold because they could not understand what the DR. wrote down for the needles. They sold me the pens with no needles. I asked for standard needles for the pen and I got a deer in the headlight look. They told me that I could call my Dr. to expedite the process, but they were already closed.
I called again the next day, they were still trying to reach the Dr. meanwhile, I have a box of 5 pens with no needles. I asked for standard needles for my insulin pen and they hung up on me!
I'm sure my wife will sue CVS if I go into a diabetic coma because they took my money and didn't give me way to administer my insulin!
