I was told that i needed blood tests to get a script that Minute Clinic had filled twice over the past year, each time 2: 90 day scripts, then a recheck, then again a 90 day with a refill which equates to a year. I decided to get the blood recheck outside the CVS network. The visit was not a good one in terms of person who did not want to review my records and they tried to force a vaccine on me which I do not want. The office had not been cleaned either! I complained on social media and got an immediate response and was told that they would receive the blood results and call me to refill the medication. Well, nope, no review of the results despite my knowing they got them as Quest identified them to receive the results and CVS sent me an email saying they have them! I have only 5 more days of medication before I run out. If I stroke out or die I've told my family to sue CVS! They do not followup on anything and when I called the pharmacy to ask them to check with the minute clinic in their building they told me to call the pharmacy and select the minute clinic from the menu. The phone system has no minute clinic option - it is VOIP!
Desired outcome: 6 months of the medication they were supposed to fill after the blood test results were received
