CVS review: Lotto machine

Put money into lotto machine at cvs in newbury park at 2120 newbury rd.. Machine jammed and kept my $10.. Sarah ferguson the manger I spoke with told me it was not there problem contact the lotto company.. She laughed at me and asked me to leave when I told her machine says to speak with retailer.. It said on the screen machine jammed contact retailer she saw what screen said and told me it was not her problem and continued to laugh at me.. Refused to refund the $10 that machine had taken. Said have a nice day and goodbye and then continued to laugh.. I told I was going to file a corporate complaint and she replied that she could care less there was no proof I had put any money in machine.. I told her look at the security tapes and she refused.. We shop here on a constant basis and get all our prescriptions filled here.. We will no longer shop or fill scripts here and let everyone we know our encounter at this store my wife will also be posting online review for people to see and do whatever we can to get people to stay away from this location.. Sarah ferguson was rude disrespectful and horrible customer service.. This all took place on february 20th 2021 around 1:30pm..
