CVS review: Covid vaccine

To whom it may concern,

On April 5th, 2021 I went to the CVS located at 1144 S Indian Creek Dr. Stone Mountain, GA 30083. I had an appointment for my first dosis of Pfizer. The technician who applied the vaccination was visible not knowledgeable as she was nervous, and when she applied the needle she made me hurt and bled a lot. She was obviously concerned and apologized. As a result of this procedure, I have a huge lump accompanied with a bruise in my left arm. I ended up with more pain than normally expected. I had to get my arm checked on the same day by a doctor, and he advised that the lump, swelling and bleeding were not common in regular shots, therefore, it was a result fo the bad vaccination application.

I wanted to submit this complaint since this is concerning specially with the panic that society is currently experiencing due to COVID. I am also concerned because I still have to get my second dosis, but I am afraid of coming back to the same location.
