People are always in the store not wearing masks. Sadly for far too long there has been one issue after another with CVS & with CVS Caremark.
Too many to get into now, but the State of CT is apparently in some form of corruption with CVS / CVS Caremark forcing those of us on state plan through employment to only be able to fill 90 supply's for mail order through Caremark.
More frustration than it is worth! The hold times whether fir the store or online are insane and ridiculous to get to someone who is incompetent or straight out lie and pull the answer they may give ya out of their [censored].
You wait wait wait fir prescriptions that more often than not need another call or many re- written prescription from your doctors office.
If they are to finally send a prescription, you could wait weeks until another prescription they have is "ready" to be shipped.
It's just a frustrating bs process and I think they ought to be out of business.

I called CVS 4 times to resolve one problem and even then the problem still exists. I first called customer service and was advised to contact the pharmacy directly. They refused to help me and sent me back to customer service. I spoke to Malcom who asked for my name, date of birth, and prescription information at least three times. My patience was up by this point and I asked for a supervisor. He refused to transfer me several times and became robotic in his response. I really HATE CVS and will ask my employer to switch. I cannot be the only person that received such incompetent, unprofessional service.
I was denied a medication and would like to have that medication approved.
Desired outcome: I would like to have Malcolm undergo training again to learn how not to angatogize customers. I would also like to have my medication approved for payment

I live in Nebraska and was shocked that your senior hour is 9-10. My daughter who is 9 months pregnant, along with her 21 month old daughter, pushed their stroller through the snow to pick up some gatorade at 0945 as she is having braxton hicks contractions. She was stopped at the door, was not allowed to enter an EMPTY store. 3 people, one was a manager, would not let her obviously pregnant body in. She can't even zip her coat now.
Guess that is why I go to Walgreens. In Nebraska, pregnant ladies are included with seniors and senior hour is much early than 0900.
Desired outcome: use better judgement. We all know pregnant woman are a high risk category

Once again I have had surgery on my foot. I did not fill the prescription from the surgeon due to being in a prescription pain program. I pick up my prescription of meds on 11/28/2020. Now here we are 12/27/2020 and Anthony at the store on Stateline in Texarkana Arkansas was beyond hateful in his response to my refill. He feels it is his call to state he can not feel it until 12/28/2020, understandably it is but there for the last 6 months has never been a problem feeling one day prior. Honestly with Anthony it depends on his mood as to what he is going to do to help the patients. There are other ways to talk to a person then he has this morning. But also it is a matter of 24hrs in his eyes but when you are in pain and recovering from surgery 24hrs may feel a bit longer. To bad they dont teach pharmacist a bit about compassion in school.
Desired outcome: To have been able to fill a medication today instead of tomorrow

I do not want my rx refilled unless I call an order it!

Un til now I have been notify of a rx propranolol has been refilled and I have not order it the employees do not listen to the customer they just do as they please I am sick of complaing about this store please correct this issue

Wait time in drive thru
I went to the drive through at CVS on Highland/Lee Drive in Baton Rouge LA to pick up one prescription that was ready. I went in the Lane showing full service and not drop off only. I've been using CVS Pharmacy at 3710 main st Bridgeport, CT for as long as I can remember and there has never been an issue. It's been a few months now where they have not been answering the phone. It rings and rings for over an hour. My family and friends are all having the same problem. I even called around 1:00 am and they still didn't answer the phone.
