Croma Retail AC Installation charges

I have always been a cheerleader for all Tata brands and so was for Croma as well however I take a step back and swear never ever to go back to Croma for any of my electronic needs as Croma has by far started engaging in incorrect ways of making money. The technicians and vendors involved with Croma for any kind of installation are next to fraudsters as they always end of charging more money from customers in the name of Croma. I purchased a 1 ton Croma AC from Croma store in Ghodbunder road in Thane on April 15th and the same got installed on 23rd April 2023 by a technician named Bindresh Yadav. This technician charged me Rs 8619 for the installation, he charged me Rs 330 per feet for the copper pipes. He did not give me an itemised online bill and submitted a hand written copy of a receipt with total charges showing Rs 8619. I purchased another 2 ton Voltas AC from Croma on May 13th and the same was installed on 23rd May 2023. During the installation of this AC, I was charged Rs 240 per feet for the copper pipes and I also received an itemised online bill from Croma for this installation. The technician Kush Singh and the Croma personnel informed me that the previous technician has cheated me and charged me more money for the copper pipes as the standard rates for the pipes are around 240 Rs. I reported this issue to Croma grievance and after a few investigation days, Gulabshah from Grievance team called me just now informing whatever has been mentioned in the handwritten bill are the standard charges and the difference in cost is due to the difference in the brand of AC. If thats the case, how come for Voltas AC I was able to get an online itemised bill however Croma being an inhouse product I received a handwritten bill? Also dont think the charges of the copper pipe can differ by Rs 90 per feet for different brands. I dont think grievance has any answers for these as its certain that they are just trying to justify what the fraudulent technician has done. The technicians are confident to receive Croma support in this case as when I had called the previous technician to say I will be complaining for this, he said " han kar dijiye complain", so this is the audacity of these people and Croma just supports this kind of people and attitude. So obviously from my end I have decided not to go back to Croma for anything. From this post I just want to make customers aware that you need to verify these charges that the technicians are quoting when they come for installation and never accept a hand written bill. If someone or some brand is persistent with giving a handwritten bill instead of an online itemised one, its certain that he has his cut there and trying to rob you over and above the brand. Please be careful with any kind of electronic purchase with Croma. And the worst past, after the product is sold, Croma customer support, Grievance,Nodal noone will help you or I must that they do not want to help as to give you a satisfactory resolution they will have change their entire faulty supply chain mechanism, vendor support too so they do not want to do that so in case customers are always at the suffering end.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the extra charges collected and want the itemised online bill with correct charges

Croma Retail Coupon vouchers

Recently I got 5 coupons from my company worth 11.5K INR. I tried to apply on the online store (https://www.croma.com/) & it failed to apply. I tried to reach customer care on phone and explained the issue, they informed need to activate via SMS. It was activated and again same issue. Reached customer care on call they told to drop and email. It was done and initially they told 24 hrs. After 24 hrs again they told 24 hrs. Then again 5 more days! I strongly recommend do not buy chroma coupons as support is worst in resolving these simple problems. My issue is still open and no priority given by support to resolve the issue!

Croma Retail Defective 3g tablet

The undersigned purchased a Croma 3 G high-end tablet on 30th August from Hyderabad Airport. Within less than a week on 5th Sept with a use of below 6 hours, I observed the tablet malfunctioning. The very next day, I reported to toll free number of Croma who advised me to walk into any Croma Store for repair.
Having been to Croma Stores three times within 7th to 11th September and having kept the tablet at disposal of Croma Service for over 2 days, the tablet remains dead and useless. Needless to speak of encroachment on my precious time and resources.

All I have received from Croma is unending ' sorry for inconvenience caused', ' please vist our store again for resolution of your complaint.
I hereby demand Croma Retail to either refund me the money charged for the defective tablet or issue a Credit note. I will not accept a replacement with a Croma tablet or any Croma make product.

Croma Retail no service at all ,only harassment

CROMA SUCKS ! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL ONLY HARASSMENT
I purchased a blackberry Bold 9000 model from CROMA malad west branch ..withing 20 days there was a defect in the phone ...the phone is lying there since last 1 month and they are not able to
fix the small defect, nor give replacement, nor give refund, nor any credit note, not even a proper answer

The scratch card refund is a tactic to fool your the email ids where we need to send it dont work .

Next time u wish to buy a phone head straight to ALPHA, u will save a lot of money which if needed can be spent on repair ..which will still be sufficient

Hi Guys, I bought a new Sony LED 40 inchTV from Croma Store a month back but till now i dont have the orginal invoice. The day i purchased they said it will be sent to my home through post. After 15 days when i never received it. I called up the customer care and they said the orginal can be collected only from the dept. When i had been again they said it will be sent to my postal address. But so far no news . And the duplicate invoice looks so fake. Seems like Croma is evading from the Tax Dept not providing invoice to their customers.
This is the worst customer service ever i have seen. Its better to buy from the showroom or through other retail outlets as you wont find any any difference in price.

Atleast there will be respect and value for money and an ultimate satisfaction.

I wanted to buy a new mobile phone that would have lots of amazing features. I searched many online stores and finally found the Croma online retail store where I was stunned to see amazing electronic products which were made by many different leading companies. After browsing a bit through the various brands of mobile phones showcased on the site, I selected the Samsung Champ Neo Duos C3262 GSM Dual Sim Mobile Phone. I chose the Champ Neo Duos, which not only has dual SIM capability but also runs on Android OS. The black coloured model of the Samsung mobile phone not only had lots of features but was also priced within my budget. I instantly ordered this feature-packed phone from the Croma online store and got in touch with the customer service to ask when I would receive it. The customer service was quick and responsive and the phone was delivered at my doorstep soon. I am delighted with the service they have provided and will be visiting the Croma online retail store again for all my future purchases.
