I am Almana Ansari had purchased window AC from croma hindustan naka outlet I had complain on 27th April that my ac is not working in the croma service centre till now there is no technician visit i am fed up of calling in customer care they raised the complaint and closes it by itself I had raised multiple requests even I had send so many emails regarding the issue but they are just not responding to any thing I had atleast 10 mails nd unlimited call from 27th April till now there is no response from croma

Claimed loss: I had purchased unlimited maintenance plan from croma ant 8k while purchasing ac worth 32k

Desired outcome: no response till now
