Dear Sir,
With regards to inform you that,I have purchase 32" LED Haier brand TV 3 months before dated 12th Jan 2025, which is under warranty, and they have insisted to take extended warranty which they have explained physical damage, software and technical issues will be covered in this EW ,last month dated 23rd April 2025 i switch on the TV it was showing lines on the display same has been escalated to croma sales person.
Now they are saying that physical damage which is not covered in the warranty.
you can claim this to Haier brand.the response of the customer support also very poor and store manager also.
Kindly do the needful and resolve the issue.
