Croma Retail review: Delay in service – refrigerator

I purchased a refrigerator from Katraj, Pune, and it has been only 1 year since the purchase. However, it suddenly stopped working. A technician from Croma visited, but without carrying out a proper inspection, he diagnosed it as a thermostat problem just by looking at it.
After that, I had the thermostat checked by my own technician, and it was found to be completely fine. My technician conducted a thorough and proper inspection.

Therefore, I requested Croma service to send another technician. I have been continuously following up for the last 3 days, but no technician has visited yet.
