I purchased a Whirlpool 300L Proton refrigerator from Croma, Logix Mall. The person sent for installation appeared untrained and unprofessional — something I would not expect from a brand like Whirlpool. He neither provided a product demonstration nor handled the installation properly, and the refrigerator was left with a visible dent.
When I raised a complaint with Croma, the same individual was sent again to record a video. Instead of addressing the issue, he argued with me for lodging the complaint and even shared his personal contact details during the first visit, offering to be approached directly for any future repair work, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the service.
Since then, there has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no communication regarding the replacement of the damaged product. It is extremely disappointing that despite being a genuine customer with a valid concern, the matter remains unresolved.

very very bad experience. the staff here is most unproffessional, do not have the ethics to talk to there customers neither are able to resolve your problem.
it is been 6days i have purchased the product and no installation yet.
i had requested that it should be done on Sat or Sun but they did not .rather said the client was unavailable . i am sick of this its better you give me a refund -take back your AC
