At the time of booking, I was informed that the TV would be delivered tomorrow, based on which I made plans at home and arranged my schedule accordingly. I also paid ₹199 specifically for the delivery service.

However, I have now been informed that the TV will only be delivered by Sunday. This last-minute change has caused considerable inconvenience, especially since I had planned things at home based on the delivery commitment given by your team.
