I had chat with croma and filed a complaint for TV repair as given complaint number as 78706-2329944 and it was closed without solution. I asked that a scam happen with me and TV taken by your technician now not answering call its 9 days now. Where is tv Not know. Croma not answering anything. Email also done to ask whether the this service center is genuine or fraud should I file police complaint for this scam or fraud but no body answering. below are email details:
Sir, attached are two files contains two bills (one is my tv purchase bill) and second one my tv repair bill. 2nd bill have address of Mayur vihar also given contact number as 88289-89855. This service center which is located at mayur vihar as per address has send an technician to check our TV, techninican number is : 98993-56860 namely faizan.
you just confirm me that this is really CROMA service center or not a fraud
I think This CROMA company itself become Fraud.

Their was a belief on TATA and accordingly on CROMA now its broken, not to buy any CROMA products now anymore.
