They destroyed my yard when they ran the fiber. For 3 months I have been complaining about the damage. They only respond with a canned response about a claim has been filed. I finally had to pay someone to come out and fixed the sprinklers that they drove over in the middle of my yard. There is also a big ditch running through the middle of my yard where they filled in a couple of feet of rock and a couple of inches of soil. The soil ran between the rocks they piled in the trench. I will have to dig all the rock they put in the trench and buy dirt to repair the yard. Terrible people terrible workmanship and terrible customer support!

Gateway Fiber been tellin' me for months that "Your address has the green light" when I check for availability at my address and each time I sign up. Every time I'm told that "We will contact you within the next few days to schedule your installation". Crickets. Nothin'. No call. No email. Nothin'. I see so many people sayin' their installation process goes smoothly, and the internet service is great, but I've just wish I could get past the order process. If service ain't available in my area yet, they need to be upfront and honest about that rather than takin' orders they can't fulfil.
