Croma sold me a refurbished laptop at the price of brand new. The laptop is having high heating issue, battery backup of 30 mins after full recharge. Lenovo diagnosed motherboard issue twice and insisting us to get the motherboard replaced and now this time they are replacing the power adapter also. Escalated the to Croma on customer care and management email ids to intervene and ask lenovo for full unit replacement, but nobody from Croma cares to even answer emails complaints.
Desired outcome: Croma should replace the full unit with brand new unit or refund full amount I paid
