1. I have purchased a Haier BMR 355L HRB-4053PKG-P BLK 3S vide invoice no. SLRSI8093894 dt 25/3/2026.
2. Installed by Haier technician on 27th March 26.
3. As refrigerator do not cool, inform technician, who installed, He declared that the product is defective.
4. Now and then trying with Croma, Barasat Store and Haier Service Centre, Habra, they do not give any deadline and assurance when the refrigerator will be replaced by new one.
5. This is not expected from Croma like reputed store.
6. Requested to change non-functioning machine stand in my house at the earliest.
