Hello, I am rarely a person to complain but the service I recieved at the Abilene Cracker Barrel was so disturbing that I question whether I will dine at another Cracker Barrel anywhere.I am an RVer who regularly dines at Cracker Barrel nationwide and have never expierienced this kind of service.I was in Abilene to attend my grandson's football game at Abilene Christian University on saturday 09/21/2019.The following morning me and my wife took him to have breakfast.We were in the door and seated by 0830hrs.My wife and I don't even look at the menu's because we know what we want.We sat for at least fifteen mins. before the waiter came to our table.We ordered 2 coffee's and 3 waters, 2 orders of biscuits and gravy, 3pancakes, 2pancakes, 2 fried eggs and and a large bowl of grits.Another 15 mins.slipped by before we got our beverages which was 2 coffees and 1 glass of water(no ice).At that time we asked for creamer and 2 more waters with ice and silverware.About 10 mins.later a different server brought the pancakes, fried eggs, 2 bowls of gravy(no biscuits)and 2 small bowls of grits that may have had 2 tablespoons of grits.Again we asked for silverware, creamer and butter for the grits.About 10 more mins.passed and the original waiter brought 2 creamers(inadequate for coffee drinkers who use creamer)and 2 forks and 2 knives(no spoon).By this time coffee was cold and undrinkable.A few mins. later he brings 4 biscuits for 2 orders of biscuits and gravy(usually get 3 biscuits per order at other Cracker Barrels).He brought 2 butters for my grits which by now were cold so butter did'nt melt.I noticed other patrons around us getting the same bad service.One patron actually went into kitchen to get his own silverwear.The grits were not consumed nor was the coffee.Finally got out the door at 0938.I will continue to dine at Cracker Barrel as I RV around the country but not this one even though I will be attending my grandson's football games over the next 4 years.The best resolution would be a refund and an apology from the manager.Photo of my receipt is included.My cell is #[protected].My name is Matt

I have been coming to Cracker Barrel for years. I get the same thing every time. The Grandpa's Country Fried Breakfast, and always get the chicken fried chicken. Then to my utmost disappointment, I come this morning to find out that you can't get the chicken fried chicken with it, instead you get fried chicken tenderloins which was not enjoyable at all. Could we at least have the option have having the chicken fried chicken or chicken tenderloins? Please give this some thought. As of right now, I don't want to come back here to get breakfast when in my opinion has now gone downhill. It is no where near as enjoyable as it was.
I agree 100%! I come to Cracker Barrel to get foods that I don’t make easily at home. My breakfast this morning was aweful. Chicken tenders that tasted like they came out of a frozen bag of Tyson chicken tenders. They were tough and bland. Way to go! Ruin a completely unique breakfast with more processed crap. Stop changing stuff! If it’s not broke, leave it the hell alone!
new fried chicken
Whose idea was it to make the portions no smaller than 4 pieces? I travel alone and would never eat 4 pieces in one sitting, and I have no way to keep leftovers safely. Because of this, don't guess I will ever get a chance to try it. By the way, do a little research and find out how many people order more than 2 pieces at any other chicken restaurant... never happens.

In your gift shops you have displays and gifts that honor all the branches of the military
EXCEPT the United States Coast Guard.
You highlight the Army, Navy, Air Force, and even the Marine Corps- which is technically a part of the Navy.
To be ignored and excluded this way, is an affront to the brave men and women that are out there serving and protecting the nation each day at great risk to their own lives.
The Coast Guard has the greatest interaction with the public in promoting boating and water safety, life saving, law enforcement, as well as support of the other branches in a myriad of military operations.
I felt that I needed to call this oversite to your attention in hopes that you could recognize their service as well.

We were at Cracker Barrel store #404 on 7/25/19 from 12:05 until 1:30.
We waited at our table 10 minutes before our waitress told us she would be with us in a minute. Meanwhile 3 tables around came in after us, were waited om immediately & received their food before our order was taken.
The 2 men in our party finally after 20 min. received their food. Waitress said she would be right back with my food & my sisters as she didn't have room on her tray.
The guys were almost finished eating when we received our food! A manager came over and said it did take 13 min. before our food order came up. Who knows when the waitress put the order in. We had to ask for to go boxes because I has to get back to work.
This is unacceptable! I was a waitress for several years in my parents restaurant.

My husband and I visited Cracker Barrel in Central Park, Fredericksburg, Va last evening. It was 20 minutes before a server even came to our table, and they were not busy. After taking our drink order, it was another 15 minutes getting it, and that was after another server told her to bring them. The other server took our order, and we were 20 minutes receiving it, and my husband only got half of what he ordered. He was so perturbed by then that he told them to put it in a box. They offered us dessert then said they couldn't cut the cake for four hours. This was really ridiculous. We do not think we should have had to pay for our dinner.
