Cracker Barrel

I'm writing this letter I thought I;d never write because we have had so many wonderful meals at Cracker Barrel over the years. Friday Aug.9th I went with 6 other friends to the Bloomington Cracker Barrel restaurant for lunch. I having heard your commercials about your new country fried chicken ordered it. When it was served it was a let down. The breading was hard, it was over cooked and it was so greasy oily you could not sop it up with napkins. I was with 6 other people and the house was full so I did not make an issue of it and tried to eat what was edible. The green beans and carrots were great along with the corn bread muffins.

On Sunday we went to the Cracker Barrel on the north side of Indianapolis on the way home and needless to say I DID NOT order country fried chicken but the catfish was great.

You must realize how upset I was to write this letter considering I use 2 fingers to compose it.
We have enjoyed Cracker Barrel for years the food plenty of it and the fair prices and will continue to eat there in the future. I expected better realizing we were at Cracker Barrel...
