This is the second time I've witnessed one of your employees at the Cracker Barrel on Highway 66 in Sevierville, TN be rude and demeaning to another employee. The employees name is Sharon and she is an older lady. She is very abusive to her coworkers and the other coworkers clearly do not know how to handle her without causing a scene. I feel sorry for her coworkers. This needs to be handled for the sake of the other employees. This must be something she does all the time and has gotten away with.

Desired outcome: This employee (Sharon) needs to be talked to about her behavior and not allowed to act so hateful to others even in front of guests.

Either you are exaggerating because you have a personal grudge against her or she is getting away with everything because she is sleeping with her manager.
