Continer. He went on to play with the dog, patted him a few times and rubbed his face against the dog face in a kissing manner. The waiter did not wash his hands nor
Change his uniform before going over to serve other customers this it self is appalling. When askedto the waiter was the dog a service dog or support dog, he became very rude. "is there a problem" the law says there is a difference betwen a support dog and a service dog. A support dog has to eat outside but my no means

This was at the fishskill ny restraunt. At around 2pm. There were 8 adults and 2 kids at our table.
