I recieved two gift cards. Went to use it in Orangeburg, SC. First gift card was fine. The second one the cashier said was not active. Asked what I could do. She said to call customer service. After hours, so I couldn't talk to anyone. Their retail manager wasn't in. So I have been contacting Cracker Barrel through email for two weeks now. No reply to messages I have left for customer service and my emails have not been returned either. Why is it you can't talk to a live customer service person? I need answers about the gift card.
Claimed loss: $25.00
Desired outcome: another gift card for $25.00 plus I should be reimbursed for my troubles.

Cracker Barrel - Service was awful, as well as the cold food.

We were there with our family, placed order and food came out cold and the chicken dinner that my daughter orded had a smell. Spoke to our waitress,
but she never came back with the manager or anything. So she didn't eat that chicken she just ate everthing else. I even explainned to the lady that was cashing us out. She acted like she was not concerned with our issues of the poor service and cold food, that also had a smell. Will not be coming back to this place!
