Cracker Barrel

We frequent Cracker Barrel, especially my husband who travels but we have never had any employee be rude as the hostess today, August 15, 2019 @ 7:28 p.m. She took us to one of the tables she wS and it was really warm so we ask her to seat us in the front area where it was cooler. She informed us in a rude manner that people had been asking all evening and we would have to wait for seating. She was very unprofessional and rude so we got up and left immediately. We will continue to eat at Cracker Barrel but not at this particular one. My thought is that she needs further customer service training.
